Just booked our flights using flight Centre Islington . Alex was very friendly , helpful and efficient. He organised everything to make the whole pricess so easy.. I would definitely use him again .

I booked a holiday to Sri Lanka today with Flight Cente and I was really impressed with the service I received.
My travel consultant Alex, was brilliant, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I really liked the fact that he listened carefully to my travel requirements and there was no hard sell. Usually I like to arrange my holidays myself but Alex made the whole process so much easier, well done!

Oh my goodness Becky has been absolutely fabulous. She has listened to my requests, patiently changed things around, made suggestions, honestly made recommendations and still managed to put together a very competitive quote. Thank you, I am very happy.

Flight centre in Angel at number 5 Upper street , they were the most lovely people , professional , kind hearted that you could ever imagine , so helpful , after phone calls to easy jet and not that straightforward to book an online ticket , it was so good to meet staff that they were all so helpful , specially Alex Machell was so willing to help and make my visit so easy and the rest of the staff , I will fully recommend them to anyone , fantastic people and top notch professionals !

The agent Gemma Clark was very friendly but professional. She answered all my questions without making me feel I was a bother and further asked to help me. Shr also returned my calls as promised to give me information that I requested. Very pleased with the service I got.

I was travelling to Japan for work and my husband was following out at a later date to join me for a holiday. I was struggling to book return flights where the outgoing flights were on different days. I turned to flightcentre and the expertise of Jenny Robertson, who was incredibly helpful at finding flights within our budget, booking hotels for our multi base holiday and coming to our aid when my husband's flights were cancelled due to a typhoon. Jenny was there when I had a slight meltdown at the prospect of staying on in Japan on the holiday of a lifetime on my own. She helped me amend my itinerary to suit my needs as I was now travelling solo. Her advice on where to visit and the locations of the hotels she'd selected were second to none. We cannot thank you enough and will use you and the company again. You are an absolute gem Jenny.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gemma, I wanted to book a trip to New York. I am a new wheelchair user so did not know where to start to find the right accommodation. So I gave her the dates I was looking at. She made sure to follow up with me and then arranged my whole trip in the matter of hours. I now have peace of mind knowing that all I need is in place. Scarlett Martin of Flight Centre UK has been a very good travel executive for our overseas travel in the past and in August 2025. She gave excellent support for our trip from London to Doha, Vietnam and on to Perth Australia and return to London Gatwick. We could expect a quick and informative response from Scarlett.
