I recieved my order, eventhough it took longer than expected (around a month). The problem is they don't provide invoices or any receipts as a proof of the purchase. I didn't even know it was legal.

Beware!!! This company is a scam!! I ordered a flag a month ago and still have not received it. I have emailed the company several times and get the exact same reply which is they are working on my order. At this point, I have given up ever getting it. I ordered same flag from Amazon and got it in 2 days. Obviously flag nation is not legit!!

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
Made and order 12/12 and they say fast shipping, great reviews...... LIE I have never received the flag and no email responses to any of the 10 I have sent I even posted on their social media and NOTHING. The flag was a gift but it is now Jan 26th and nothing Buyer beware.

My friend ordered a custom flag from them and its been 1 month and the company said ‘we hope you enjoy your flag’ and it says its delivered but she never got it. Looks like shes not the only one by these reviews. Wasted $40

Poor Customer Service
I ordered my flag back in September and no word on anything. Contacted customer service on the website (Twice), emailed customer service (Twice), and then sent an Instagram message about it which was left on "Seen" with no follow up. All I want to know is what is the status of my order and they can't give that to me. Very disappointing and not customer friendly.

Great Company!!
These guys are LEGIT. I got a custom flag a few months ago and it definitely took a while to show up. I was worried it was a scam but it showed up after 2 months. I then saw some comments online that they changed the shipping times so I decided to give them another chance. I order one of there orignal flags and it showed up within 3 days. I also ordered a custom flag. That one took a little longer but I still got in within 8 days I think. Definitely faster than the first time I ordered. I do not know what they did but they definitely fixed their problem. I will be ordering again soon.

I ordered 3 custom flags on 28 September and haven’t heard or received anything! I’ve made several attempts to contact them via email or social media and still not response. I wrote a bad review in their page, but they have control of what is posted or not. So it looks like they have a great rating. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this place anyone!

HORRIBLE experience with this company. I ordered a flag back in May and we are almost in August and it still says it’s in China. I have written the 3 emails and I just get excuses. I’m so disappointed with the experience I’ve had

SCAM
SCAM! Their website preaches fast communication and a dedication to customer satisfaction. I placed an order on 3/11/20 for $39.98 for two flags. It took a few weeks to receive shipping confirmation, but didn’t actually get shipped until June. When I could actually get a response from their customer service, they would use COVID as an excuse to their slow shipping. This then turned into an excuse of changing distributors. Finally, on 6/18/20, I received my order. Except only one flag out of the two I ordered were in the package and the flag I did receive was terrible quality and pixelated. Again, little to no responses from customer service, other than a request to send a picture of the flag and then no follow up, still. Extremely unhappy with this experience and looks like I’m going to be out my $40.
