Don't Advise - Company needs to fix Operations

I lost an earbud and was excited to find a small, specialized company like Fix A Beat. I placed an order on June 21, 2025.

It is now March 2026, and I have neither received the earbud nor a refund, despite requesting one. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and received very limited responses. The last time I heard from the company was January 1, but there was no clear resolution, and my three most recent emails have gone unanswered.

Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated experience.

I want to be fair—I understand that newer companies can struggle with demand, and I have tried to be patient. However, after nearly a year without resolution, I can no longer recommend purchasing from this company.

I hope Fix A Beat is able to improve its operations, but until then, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Do Not Recomment

Initial communication was ok. The product eventually arrived. It would not sync to he iPhone Bluetooth. Again initial communication was ok. But when the issue was clearly defective equipment there was silence. It’s been nearly 3 months now and still no resolution.

At this stage I would stay away from this supplier. If the issue gets rectified I’d be happy to adjust my review.

The Beats Pro Fit earbud I received was…

The Beats Pro Fit earbud I received was faulty. It would not pair with my phone despite many, many attempts.
I contacted customer service twice, and they promised to send return information. I’ve heard nothing. I’m really sorry I bought from this site.

AVOID!

Like the others, it’s been almost 4 months, and I’ve STILL not received anything! I’ve gotten countless «there was a mistake» «we have reprocessed your order» «it will soon be there», BUT WHERE THE FLIP ARE MY FREAKING REPAIR PIECES. Yes, that was a bit aggressive, but with the frustration of having emails being ignored, and stupid excuses, it is completely justified. I recommend everyone to avoid this site!

EDIT: I originally wrote this 2 weeks ago. I have now received the parts I ordered, or, I ordered one headband replacement piece, and two sets of ear pads, and I received one headband replacement piece and one set of ear pads. Although one of the ear pad sets is missing, I’m glad to have received something. I sent an email 5 days ago, before I received my order, expressing my anger and frustration, with no answer back from them. I was literally about to initiate a police report and refund from my bank. Although I got my order, I still don’t recommend ordering from here, because of the shitty communication, unprofessional service, and bs excuses, on top of the extremely long wait with no information about what’s happening. Again: STAY AWAY!

No shipping information, no product received after 3 months

I was charged for the product but never received any shipping info.
I reached out after a month.
They got back to me, two weeks after, telling me that they were a small team, and that my order would be processed soon. Nothing happened. I wrote them again, telling them I wanted my order or a refund.
A similar message was send about a week after. Nothing happened.
I wrote them again asking for an update or a refund, no answer.
I would not recommend them and I highly suspect scam.

So sorry that it had to resort to this. We are in fact a small team, but trying to make the process much better. We know the communication has been horrible, but we've now integrated an internal Slack and additional tools to make the process much easier. We are also working on a Discord for customers to voice their issues to make it a more dynamic back and forth. Let us know if you still need help.

WARNING: FixABeat.com is not delivering orders – avoid this site

I placed an order on February 1, 2025 (Order #38847) for Studio 3.0 Camo Forest Green Ear Pads.
It’s now been over 4 months, and the product was never shipped.

I emailed multiple times. Their replies include:

“Your order was mistakenly labeled as backorder”

“We’ve had a wave of orders”

“Email ended up in the wrong folder”

Despite confirming several times that I still wanted the item, they never followed through. No tracking. No delivery. Just delay after delay.

I’ve reported this to my bank and started a refund claim.
Avoid FixABeat.com – unprofessional and unreliable.

Poor Service

I haven’t had the best experience with company unfortunately. I paid for two items in November and to date I have only received one. The second was held up at customs which isn’t their fault but ever since then I have received little communication. I have sent many emails and WhatsApp messages over months and they completely ignore me. Absolutely horrid communication and my advice is to stay clear of them

Hi Lionel - we definitely had a struggle with your order with all the customs issues. It's never easy for us to get parts successfully delivered to South Africa. Also, we don't have a WhatsApp for messaging at this moment. So we're not sure who you were messaging there.
