This is my first time using their service. Millie is very friendly and helpful and my package arrived quickly and swiftly.

Getting mobile phones for your business can be a painfully time-consuming process; weighing up the various network offers to decipher who has the best deal, trawling the review sites and doing handset comparisons and finding, ultimately, it's all much of a baffling muchness. You just want something that works.

Fivebars was one of the services we stumbled upon, somewhere in the middle of the nightmare, that promise to do all the hard work for you. They also happened to be the first to call us on the landline for a disarmingly friendly chat.

We had a rough spec in mind for our handsets, given what we tend to use them for, and a budget we wanted to beat, based on what we were spending on our individual pay-monthly contracts.

Fivebars got back to us the same day, with an offer that not only ticked all the boxes, but exceeded our expectations, saving us money.

Setup was easy. They emailed all the docs, with clear instructions, that we literally signed and sent back along with scans of our IDs. We kept our existing phone numbers, and never even had to speak directly to the network (o2). It was all taken care of.

Our new handsets arrived 48hrs later, with some lovely free gifts, including sweets! There was a reassuring email or a phone call at every step of the way, and the aftercare has proven to be brilliant. Going abroad or changing bank account? Millie at Fivebars sorted it for us (and she works late, bless her).

I don't usually post reviews of stuff, good or bad, but in this case I think
credit is needed where the credit is due. Hopefully it will help save other young business owners a lot of time and agony too!

Second to none local service with excellent aftercare. Individual, family and business service for all your phone needs. They really look after you both before and after your purchase and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

The whole Five Bars team is excellent and the service The Rosemary Foundation has received over the last two years has been second to none. Whilst it is difficult to pick out one individual, I must mention Millie (Hebbard) who has repeatedly gone out of her way to resolve problems that we had with a network provider. Her communication has been superb and we have been kept fully in the loop at all times. Thank you Millie and colleagues.

Excellent customer services, really quick delivery, very happy

Literally cannot fault this company, have been working with them for over 2 years now and have always received an impecably high level of customer service. Millie is an ANGEL! She is always very polite and has a fast turn around with queries and resolutions. She even send me sweeties!!

upgraded our phones contract for another 2 years service was first class from fivebars, there was a issue with the change over but that was the service providers fault, with 2 of the phones but fivebars contacted them and it was sorted out very quickly, Millie in particular was extremely helpful, making sure everything was ok and working fine.

Moving business phone contracts across networks is never an easy task especially when implementing new handsets at the same time. Fivebars handled the changeover extremely efficiently with zero disruption to business operations.

From wasting up to 40 minutes at a time on hold to instantly being able to contact anyone at Fivebars with any queries is somewhat of a relief. We must particularly thank Millie, she has been a great help throughout this process and continues to provide excellent support !

After looking far and wide for a Business mobile provider for our almost 100 lines and expanding , we have found Five Bar Mobiles . The service that was provided was amazing for the quality and speediness of service .There processing is very competitive and they have extended that to customers who come back even further . You can truly say hand on heart that they care about the customer and service they provide , were it is speedy delivery of products/ services , through to accounting and friendly and informative communication through to the lay and technical aspects of all line / data rentals . We have been using them for the last 2 years and we continuing to use them for the foreseeable future.
