Millie and her team really know how to help! Despite many stupid questions from me and a couple of occasions where I have locked myself out of the portal, they persisted to get this technophobe all set up.

Millie and Christine have been exceptional in setting up our telephone system. Christine recorded a totally bespoke and professional call waiting and call direction message and this was implemented seamlessly by Millie in a very helpful fashion.

We migrated over from EE to Vodafone and it worked seamlessly, exactly as Millie and Sid had said it would. Any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally and often out of normal working hours.

I would just like to say how helpful Christine Binney has been throughout the entire process, I really feel that she went above and beyond her duties which is the reason that I chose to go through your service rather than directly with a network. I can't say you get this level of personal customer services in many places and for that I will most defiantly be telling friends, family and my work about Christine's level of customer service.
