We tried all the upright bikes in the showroom. Jack was kind, very cheerful and answered all our questions thoughtfully. He listened to what we required and really helped us make the right choice of bike for our needs. We purchased a Matrix upright bike and we are very happy with it. Thanks to Jack for patiently guiding us through the various options. He was very helpful.

Lots of stock to look at in store so you can try before you buy.
When I needed some help the staff were very helpful but not pushy.
I dealt with Jack at the Sheffield store, he gave us all the info we needed and was very professional.
Our order (an exercise bike) was delivered today as requested and assembled by the guys on arrival as promised. The delivery guys contacted us the day before and on the day on deliver to let us know their ETA.
They were great, they cleaned up and took al the boxes and wrappings away with them.
I'd definitely recommend and I'll use them again.

Peaceful and smooth store experience
The vibe of the store and staff was very zen.
We came in for some Hex weights and a stand, and had a look at the other equipment whilst there.

Justin at Fitness Superstore was amazing. He didn’t attempt to sell me anything but gave exceptional advice on the products that suited myself and my partners needs. I was surprised to find a human on the website Chat on a Friday evening. Rebecca was that human, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to get a very old Life Fitness running machine taken away and replaced with a new one. Rebecca looked after me throughout the entire process. A totally satisfactory buying experience.

We discussed all the available options with Jack, and he was knowledgeable, informative, clear and friendly. He spent time with us and helped us to purchase a treadmill that was right for us. I’ve been using the machine for the last couple of weeks and it is just what I wanted. I’m glad I visited the store because it’s only when you try out the machines and seek advice about all the different functionality and specifications that you can make the right decision.

Fantastic service and help when needed
The manager was very helpful in helping us choose the equipment we wanted with an understanding of the space we had.
I’m glad we could try before we bought so we knew the equipment was right for us without the heavy sales tactics we’ve experienced elsewhere.
We opted for delivery and build service which was worth every penny and less stress for us!!

I had a few questions about the product and delivery to the Channel Islands before I placed my order online and I got through to Jack at the Sheffield store. He was so helpful and sorted everything out. He kept me informed through out. The Body Power 30 treadmill has arrived and we love it. It was a great price in the bank holiday sale and I’m really pleased with the product! Would definitely recommend.

Huge range and lovely staff
