Having spent the majority of lockdown searching for a home body pump bar (with 3 orders cancelled by 3 separate companies) I found the Jordan Fitness Ignite studio barbell set.

Whilst reading reviews with a lot of companies I remained sceptical that anyone was going to manage to deliver.

Fitkit have been amazing from start to finish, prompt email notification of the purchase, follow up mail with delivery expectation and despite some poor weather arrived in time!

Product itself, I cannot recommend more. Robust bar, weights great for bar or hand use and exactly what I wanted. Grips need a little play to ease them off initially but loosen up quickly.

Product, company and delivery get a 10/10 from me. And I can finally get a decent Body Pump session in at home. Delighted customer!

Like other reviewers I spent a long time looking for a step and bodypump set. The Fitkit pricing was just right for both and items were in stock. Couldnt say that for many of the other retailers. The purchase process was quick and easy. As I ordered items separately I called their support team and they refunded me one of the delivery charges - no questions. Very helpful team. Step arrived next day and bar and weights arrived in 3 working days. Well within stated timeframes. Overall very impressed with service, delivery and price. Keep it up!

Ordered a 20kg barbell set on 28th Jan, it arrived on the 2nd Feb. Courier tracking meant I knew exactly what was going on. The quality is great (brand new clips mean it's not the fastest to change the weights if you care about your bodypump transition times) but I'm really happy with it. I looked at loads of options and for the price and small delivery charge I'm 100% positive this was the best option.

I ordered a spinning bike at the beginning of January and expected to have a delay due to the new lockdown, but it arrived all assembled within 5 days. I am so pleased with the quality and service. I will definitely use them again.

I pre-ordered the Jordan studio barbell set and despite strong winds initially delaying delivery by a week, the kit turned up in great condition with no issues! Customer service were also very quick to reply when I had a query. Would definitely buy from here again.

Pre-Ordered a Pump X set for my wife.
The items arrived earlier than expected, with great communication and tracking via an email.

The quality of the product is just outstanding. And I'm picky.

Have no reservation if thinking of purchasing from FitKit. Great customer service and top of the range finish on the weights/bar.

Brilliant customer relations. Day and a half between late night online order and delivery. Fantastic delivery - kind considerate, helpful advice, on time (perfectly between meetings). I cannot fault FitKit UK in any way. Thank you.

After weeks of researching spin bikes and almost everywhere saying they had stock, but didnt, we found fit kit. We hadnt used them before and were uncertain but found them super responsive and efficient in answering my many questions via messenger and email. We ordered the lifefitness ic6 at 11.45 yesterday morning. It arrived by 9am today and in perfect condition! I was waiting for something to go wrong bit nothing has! It was advertised with the version 1 pictures of the console computer but when asked in the correspondence they said it was the newer 2.0 version for sale. True enough, as stated it was the version 2.0!
They contacted us to arrange registration and have been so efficient.
Highly recommended. Fantastic

Bunch of Jokers with no customer service skills. I bought an incompatible product, delivery guy simply dumped it at the back of the building in the rain without informing anyone. We stumbled upon it 2 days after whilst taking out the trash. After trying the attachment on my squat rack i noticed that it wasn't compatible. I called the office and spoke with Nikki who said I could return it and she will send me an email with instructions. Ploy to run down the clock!! Long story short, I didn't receive any email, when i called back again they told me they can't take it back because its been over 30 days even though the initial return conversation happened with their 30 days. They refuse to accept responsibility whilst at the same time blaming their error on lack of staff and running on skeleton crew like it's my fault. Now I'm stuck with a useless £350 metal. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!! Look for other outlets. Happy to review this if this injustice is rectified!

5* service. Precor AMT 100i Adaptive Motion Trainer Elliptical as described, used in really good condition. Highly recommended.

Ordered the Life Fitness IC2 spinning bike on the Friday evening and the product arrived fully assembled and on a pallet on the Tuesday morning.
Fabulous quality product and excellent customer service from FitKit UK.

After much research I came across FitKit UK, who had the spin bike which ticked all the boxes. I did'nt have to splash out for a Peleton, but still get a sturdy piece of equipment.

Swift and super efficient service. ordered by 11am and it was delivered by 8am the following day. What more could you want.

Joke of a company avoid at all costs.
Faulty machines that they patch up to last through their 30 day warranty, then break down.

There's a reason why they only offer 30 days warranty on their sale items, they know they are substandard. I purchased a commercial grade precor upright exercise bike or a significant sum which seized and broke within 3 weeks. I then upgraded another £795 to purchase a cybex 625c upright exercise bike. Both makes are well respected for their quality and are commercial grade. The cybex them promptly seized and broke. However I was a week over the 30 day warranty this time. FitKit UK said they were sorry to hear their equipment had failed again but refused to assist. Period. We didn't ask for a refund or replacement. We only wanted it back in working order (as per Consumer Rights Act 2015). A repair would suffice, even assistance or discount to get it working. These bikes are supposedly fully refurbished and serviced/rigorously tested prior to sale. Both bikes they sold me broke within 2 months of moderate use and they refuse to even acknowledge their lack of customer support. I appreciate many people have positive experiences with FitKit UK but the test of a company is how they respond when an item of theirs breaks or if the customer has a problem. Terrible. They just want your money and don't care in the slightest whether the customer is happy or out of pocket.

I rarely write reviews however such was the quality of service it was right and proper to commend the team. From help and advice via phone through to delivery and installation; I cannot rate this company highly enough. Their efficiency and professionalism was second to none, very impressive. Nick was excellent during the installation. Thank you so much to you all for your work.

Please do not waste money with this company. I spent almost £1,000 on a treadmill in April and was told the machine was good for a few years, not even 8 months in and the machine has completely stopped working. I’ve been told the repair will cost over £200.
