Purchased a second hand cross trainer with installation. Delivery was around 3-4 weeks as promised and it is working well. Very pleased with everything.

Excellent customer service
The spin bike we ordered was broken when delivered, but clearly was damaged in transit.
Fitkit were brilliant and sent out a replacement bike within two days and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I dealt with Luke who was awesome.

I have dealt with a few gym equipment…
I have dealt with a few gym equipment sellers and like to mention Fitkit is the best out of the lot.
I dealt with Shaf who is efficient and most importantly patient with the decision making process.
I’m an overseas buyer which makes the deal a lot more complicated. Shaf managed to solve all the challenges that came along the way and made the process really easy.
Honest lads and all I can I say is , you can trust them with your money.
Buying more kit soon

Avoid at all costs
Bought a treadmill earlier in the year which broke after less than two months. We were sent a replacement part as luckily had 3 months warranty but after very little use at all the replacement part nearly caught fire and fit kit won’t acknowledge this as it’s no longer in warranty. Would never recommend buying anything off them as it’s a good chance you’ll end up paying the same amount again to repair the supposedly good conditioned treadmill

We clearly display the length of warranty for our used items, you can find this in all product listings. You were aware that your used treadmill came with 3 months warranty. For clarity I have listed the events below as you have omitted some key information.
March 2024 - Used treadmill purchased
April 2024 - Fault with treadmill reported. Replacement part (IFT Drive) sent out.
Aug 2024 - Treadmill has been working for 4 months since the last repair but it now has an incline issue.
With an issue being reported in August 2024 you were outside of warranty by 2 months. We advised that you pay for an engineer call out to diagnose the issue properly as it could be a number of issues causing this.
You did not want to pay for an engineer call out and emailed us confirming with pictures as you had removed the IFT drive and opened it up which is NOT something we would have recommended. We understand it’s not ideal when maintenance / repairs are required but it is very important that cardio machines are worked on by approved engineers so issues are diagnosed properly.
Technogym Excite+ 1000 Unity Synchro
I bought a Technogym Excite+ 1000 Unity Synchro. And I’ve got to say it is immaculate. It was also a quick delivery, so I didn’t have to wait too long to get to use it, and it is so smooth, and quiet.
I also had a few questions about the cross trainer. And the customer service was excellent. Also If you like interest free credit like me, then the finance option was very easy and straight forward.
I would highly recommend Fitkit, and I would definitely use them again.

Couldn't fault the service or the price
Excellent service. I ordered a set of Jordan body pump barbell and weights which arrived quickly but found I had 1 1.25 kg and 3 2.5kg weight plates. Quick email response and another plate delivered direct from Jordan with very speedy delivery.
