Very helpful on the phone and let me know of a couple options I will have once the settlement is paid out.

Matthew Lockett of FirstTech answered my CSR call on a 08/13/26 call, and helped me avoid a fraud situation today. A friend’s facebook account was hacked with items for sale at decent prices. When I called FirstTech to check on opening a checking account in order to use Zelle, Matthew asked a series of questions that made me eventually realize it could potentially be a scam. At first I still thought, well I know her. She was our wedding photographer. We are Facebook friends. I kept saying that I’m sure it’s ok, but Matt didn’t give up. He gently but persistently recommended I call my friend. When I called her, she verified she hadn't offered anything for sale; she had been hacked. Matthew saved me from losing my balance to this scammer. I am soooo appreciative of his perseverance and care for me -his customer. He deserves all the recognition and rewards possible! A thousand gold stars, a bonus, and a reserved parking spot! All my ideas! Please reward him with recognition of a job done well and well done job! He went over and beyond! Thank you!

It’s our go to girl, Miss Jessica! She makes anything I need move as quick as lightning, unless I just want to shoot the shit with her. Lol. She sticks to Buisness, is efficient, lovely, intelligent, warm and just the best! She better not think of leaving! You all better take good care of her! She cleans up other peoples messes, too. My mom needed paperwork to add me to her acct and it didn’t happen UNTIL I sat with Jessica. She makes a few calls and POOF, it’s all sorted out. She makes everything look easy. She knows her shit!

Our family is going through some very difficult things and Jessica has been right there with us through it all. She has answered all of our questions, multiple times if needed, with a smile. Recently We changed our Rewards Checking and Savings into the name of our Trust. Upon doing that I am NO longer able to track the progress, on-line, towards meeting the requirements to gain our reward interest. This is unacceptable. Please let me know when this deficiency will be corrected.

Jessica and Mike Vaughan answered all my questions and gave great customer service.

I called to inquire about the limit on my LOC. Teshia Nelson answered my question, asked a few questions, and explained that I had other/better options. She could have just answered my question and let it go. Instead, she set me up in a personal loan to consolidate high-interest debt.

I accompanied my 97 year old mother into First Tec Roseville office to discuss her 250000 CD’s maturing, we had the displeasure of dealing with the branch manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we suggested that we may end our relationship with First Tec he encouraged us to do so. We are very concerned that first Tecs representatives that contacted my mother by phone and advised her to roll her CD over from her account five years ago, which were earning a decent interest rate into a 5 year term CD with a extremely low rate. We expressed our concern about that transaction only to be scolded that the practice was totally legal and proper. He then encouraged us to take our business elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Jessica Hite at the Roseville location. She is professional and it was a pleasure having her notarize our documents.
