Cancelled engineer - good customer service though
Waited all morning for engineer and no one turned up. Called office for an update and was told engineer would call. Waited another hour and didn't hear anything so called office again - still no update. Cancelled and got refund.
Edit: Have since spoken to the engineer after who was extremely apologetic and professional. Customer service has made up for it and would try and use again.

Unfortunately I got caught up on my only day off with the family, didn't see the many messages from customer service until it was too late.
We have spoken to the engineer concerned, refunded payment and paid a token compensation for a day loss pay from work.
Sometimes we drop a ball, but we do our utmost to make up for it, where we can.

I have been using this company for a couple of years. Abdul has recently given a new lease of life to my old Bosch washing machine. He came promptly when I reported a leak, and repaired it very promptly after the part arrived, which was ahead of expected time.
I would highly recommend this company, as have provided top service consistently.

A company that provides a 5 star service.
I rang First Serve left a text message and received a reply within 20mins. An appointment was arranged for the next day. Yusef the repairman informed me what was wrong with my washing machine and returned the following week (once the spare part arrived) and fixed my machine. Yusef was professional, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Stay clear of this “business”!
I booked the next day service at 10 am on Sunday 6/06 due to the amazing reviews I saw, but it was the most horrible service I’ve ever received from a company. The engineer called Ismael arrived at my tenant's flat three hours late at 12:45, after two minutes he called me to advise that I need to buy a new washing machine and it’s a fire hazard. The problem wasn’t fixed and I was pre-charged £70 as when I described the problem he directed me to book on “their website”, which requires prepayment to confirm an appointment. I don’t recommend this company at all. I doubt the other reviews are authentic. Don’t fall for his dirty tricks of “diagnostics” as after assessing my machine he gave me no assurances that anything would be fixed after buying the spare parts. Another warning sign he was sending me WhatsApp messages and instantly deleting them to avoid any responsibility for his useless visit. Luckily, I managed to screenshot those and shared them with PayPal. According to Companies House, this "business" is dormant, while its actively trading via its website. That's all you need to know! Crooked, incompetent and rude! Stay well clear!

Alex T has given 11 businesses out 12 one star ⭐ reviews, how unfortunate for those businesses that are struggling due to the covid pandemic right now.
We lowered our prices to help our clients through these difficult times and we come out on a Sunday when other repair companies are closed.
We clearly state that our call out charge and diagnosis is £70, when we repair the machine there is nothing extra to pay.
If you need parts it's extra, if we have to come back and fit parts there's nothing extra to pay.
If you have any problem with your machine in 6 months we will not charge you for the labour, there's nothing extra to pay,
If you need parts it's extra.
If you have a problem with the motor or program, module or electronic facia board, and we advise you to replace the machine and not to repair it.
If you go ahead and decide to repair it, and your electronic part blows again, that is entirely your responsibility, risk and decision, because we professionally advised you, and you have the right to go choose other than our advice, you also choose to take the responsibility for your decisions when things go wrong.
Today is proof that you can't please all of the people all of the time, I did my best, and gave what I considered to be the best professional advice, that's what matters.
