Great product and good customer service. Charlotte was patient and attentive, even came back to me (on a query) as promised. The product itself ‘Viking Fire Pit’ is top drawer, the attention to detail is commendable - great stuff!

All of our lids are manufactured 10cm larger than the fire pit they are made for, this is displayed on our website.
"NB: With an additional 5cm plus all round width, our flat table top lid is designed to overhang your fire pit."
We manufacture them larger to ensure all handles/feet are covered. it also helps to prevent water seeping into the fire pit.
If you feel your lid is much larger than this please get in touch and we will of course resolve this for you. Many thanks!

An outstanding experience with Firepits UK!
I ordered a firepit on bh Monday and needed it for a party on Saturday. I had exceptional customer service from Firepits UK, who got it to me by Friday! Very lovely email correspondence from Meg. Delivery by Palletline was also amazing! Gregory the driver was brilliant! The firepit is absolutely lovely, sturdy and beautifully made. It made my party extra special, lighting up the garden and chucking out just the right amount of heat. It's made of British steel and made in the UK, which were important factors for me. The prices are also very competitive. I strongly recommend Firepits UK!

Great Service
Great Service. We bought the 50cm firepit from Firepits a couple of years ago and had decided we wanted a grill so we could do BBQ's. Naturally we looked at Firepits and they had just what we wanted. As our previous experienced everything went smoothly and the product is beautifully made.

Great design and very well made
We got to use one of their fire pits at the Hudnalls Hideout and were really impressed with the design and how well it looks in its outdoor surroundings. Once the wood was burning we were pleased to find that the design helps to keep the smoke rise upwards, so not constantly moving around the fire trying to dodge the smoke.
Our order was delivered within a week, used it for the first time with the BBQ rack and was not disappointed. Should get many years of use out of this very well made fire pit.
