Beware of the FX rip-off by FinGlobal at the end of the
process. FinGlobal may tell you that you will control the
FX transfer from Bidvest Bank to your own bank; but
the reality is that FinGlobal nearly double their fees
through an uncompetitive FX margin for the transfer
which is mandatory. Very scammy behaviour.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Finglobal. From the moment I reached out to them, I felt like I was in great hands. The entire process was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free.

I used the services of FinGlobal to get my RA out of South Africa to the UK where I now live, it was a tedious process dealing with SARS and HMRC, however FinGlobal was exceptional, they were professional and fast. After trying myself for a couple of years to sort out my old policies in SA, after having emigrated more than 20 years ago, I finally decided to involve FinGlobal, which was one of my best decisions ever, after deciding to emigrate of course for a better future. The top team in FinGlobal handled the various bumps on the road without any hassles, as we navigated skilfully the intricacies of the various steps to finally get my policies paid out in Australia. My wife was initially a little sceptic, but also was impressed as the FinGlobal team worked diligently through each step. I really recommend this company. They were friendly, professional and I believe good value for the amount of hassle they saved me. Over the last year I had to repeatedly resend financial information for financial emigration purposes and whilst the lockdown certainly did not help and I was also slow at times in submitting financial information I found the drive and guidance from Finglobal inadequate to complete the exercise. They have now suddenly advised me that they have to withdraw my application due to incomplete information. This has left me high and dry. I would not recommend Finglobal to anyone, especially if you have a fairly complex financial situation to contend with.
