Highly recommend
I hate having to look for a new to us vehicle. We had been to look at a couple of vehicles at other places but the staff and their service didn't fill me with confidence.
We went to view a vehicle at find my car, Shane was brilliant. We were made to feel at ease,there was no pressure, his knowledge and expertise made us feel confident in what we were buying. We were at a loss until we spoke with Glenn.
We were at a loss of where to buy our next car. We had specific wants for the vehicle and shopping locally wasn’t going to get us anywhere. I cannot recommend this business enough . From the start to finish Glen was absolutely fab , he kept me updated nearly everyday. At first I was a bit anxious about putting my trust in them , which I now know I should not of been an issue.
Tell them what car you want , make model & price & they find your car .
Easy as that ! The following day I had 3 choices and fell in love with the Mazda cx5 . It got delivered to Hartlepool last week & was over the moon with it . Nothing was too much trouble for them , customer care was excellent ! I would definately use them again but hopefully not too soon , in love with my car 🚘 💙 lol 😆

This is my second time using Find My Car and I have had another fantastic car and experience. I knew what I wanted from the get go, I needed a bigger car due to growing my family and Glenn found me the perfect car in 24 hours. The process was fast and Glenn made it easy for me to exchange my car in as I was in negative equity. Fantastic above and beyond customer service
Fantastic customer service and the team were really lovely with my Dad in helping him with a replacement vehicle following an accident. We needed a particular make and model of a car, which we found on Autotrader. And from then on the whole process was really smooth and efficient. The car came with full paperwork and we couldn't have asked for more. Shane was brilliant with my Dad in ensuring he was fully happy with the vehicle, going above and beyond in making sure the vehicle was ready in time. Thank you so much for taking real care of us at a very difficult time.

Our experience with findmy.car was made very easy on buying our next car. Ted was with us from start to finish, nothing was any trouble to him no matter what time of day I contacted Ted. He gave us 100% and more. I would highly recommend anyone to them. From start to finish this was the easiest way to buy a car. What a great idea ! Ted, is a star ⭐️ He gave me first class service from start to finish. There was never any pressure and he never offered any cars over the budget I had. After a couple of weeks he found me exactly what I was looking for and a couple of £££ under budget ! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done professionally and with a smile 😃 He even delivered at 07:30 so I could get to work on time ! My experience on purchasing a car from findmy.car
I had been looking for an Audi A3 for a good couple of months, but I could not find one which was the perfect one for me, that was until I came across the findmy.car advert on auto trader. I took a good look at the listing, did a few checks on the car and even had other people do checks on it and it seemed brilliant. I had got into contact with them to arrange a viewing and if the car had been as described, I said I will take it. I was greeted on the phone by Shane who I spoke to more about regarding the car, any questions I had or anything I was worried about, and Shane had instantly reassured me by telling me that there is no pressure with buying this car and that it was totally upto me, instantly I felt relief. I had arranged to come and see the car the following Saturday and got a phone call the next day to say someone was interested in purchasing the car the same day, I was distraught as that car was the perfect one for me. I had time to think and spoke to Shane and asked if I could put a deposit down and if I do not buy, the car could be sold to the other interested buyer, Shane agreed which I was over the moon with, I was treated like a king when dealing with Shane and realised after that call that customers always come first with this company! So I went the following Saturday, I met Shane who told me all about the car and I was able to take a really good look at it before making a decision. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee and a warm place to discuss the deal further. Shane allowed me to take the car on a test drive, and instantly I knew this was the right car for me. He mentioned once again that there’s no pressure when buying with him and that’s exactly how it felt, I did not feel at all like I was being forced to buy, it was all in my control and it was a sense of relief. We then went inside and had a good conversation, this felt like I was being treated like a good friend and I was able to speak openly and ask any other questions I had about the car which were answered in-depth, and that’s when I decided that this is the car I will buy. We sorted out the payment and he even showed me his own car and offered advice as to which modifications would suit my car and now i’m in the process of making them happen and it feels amazing! I’ve never felt this way when buying anything, and i would highly recommend findmy.car to anybody who is struggling to find the right car for them as Shane will will help you find the best fit for you. There was never any pressure, and I can say honestly, this was the best piece of customer service I have ever received and I will definitely be using Shane when buying my next car, such a top man, 100% honest, reliable, and trustworthy, and for anyone looking for a car, this is the place for you!

Dealt with Ted from 48hrs after my no fault accident. I had really specific requirements with regards to a replacement vehicle but he was so understanding and really listened to what I needed. He worked around me and found me a great replacement, delivered quickly after securing it (lovely and clean) complete with some flowers and chocs which was a lovely touch.
Great service and really helped with replacing our vehicle after such a stressful incident. Would definitely recommend - thank you Ted :)

Wonderful car buying experience
Haven't changed my car in 10 years so was very sceptical about the process of buying a new car.
Shane put me at ease straight away. He went through every detail and ensured I understood every part of my purchase. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with every stage. No hard sale, no jargon, just care and attention to any queries that I had.
