My wife signed an agreement for consulting services to help us get business funding for $5000.00 plus HST for a total of $5,650.00. Since then, I have sent him multiple businesses for Amir to get us business funding, but he always comes up with excuses or goes missing for days or weeks when the funding is needed.
Over the past 2 years, I have given him $4000.00 for some paperwork that I never got to see and never got handed a copy of it.

I helped him with a personal loan for $6000.00 and I have email proof with a promissory note that he would pay it back, never received it back.

Paid Amir $3000.00 for an appraisal that was to be done by a professional and Amir came out to do it himself and said the appraiser was not available. Total BS. He pocketed the money. Never received a copy of the appraisal.

Asked me to help him again with $2,000.00. He told me I will get it back in a few days. Always playing these stupid games. Wondering how many other people are getting the same treatment.
Do not trust this person and his company, he is a scammer. I told him I had bad experiences with other brokers and he did the same thing to me. Promised he would never do that to me and here I am getting screwed by him.
Rose works with him, but will never respond back when you reach out to her.
Total amount I got scammer for $20,650.00
He was part of a company called Business Plan Experts before they separated and went on his own.
Weeks and months of empty promises.
Do not use them for any business financing needs.
