Ils ont bloqué mon compte sans aucune raison. Et quand je les écrit par mail, ils ne répondent jamais. C'est pas la première fois qu'il le font en plus. Éloignez vous de cette banque. Mon argent est resté bloqué dans leur banque et ils ne répondent même pas aux mails que je leur envoi.
I started using a FINCI application and card (Lithuanian EMI provider), it is convenient and free for personal use. I was asked for documents confirming that I have a connection with Europe (my citizenship is not European), and within 1 day I could already pay for my daily purchases and send money via SEPA Instant to my sister. I did not need to go to a bank or collect additional documents. I provided my passport, ID card, passed verification, and added the card to my Apple Pay. Previously, I tried other apps, but I had to communicate with their support for a long time, and they asked for additional documents every time. I saw on the website that there are also accounts for businesses with a low service cost, but this is not needed for me.
After 3 paymets from my friend the blocked acconut like Noting it not illegal money dont understand why you do this you dont now how important it was now i can lose my aparment because of you dont replay my the complication team this stupid

The FINCI offers a very reliable solution for businesses as the company also provides good SWIFT coverage. The registration process was clear, the corporate managers clearly explained what documents would be required and it took a few days to get an account. Payments are running smoothly.

Pretty decent business account provider for corporate needs. Using Finci with a few businesses of mine for the last few months, and it works great! What I like best is the attitude of account managers and even support team. Can definitely recommend!

EDIT: Changed to 1 star, their compliance team are a bunch of clowns. After the horrible experience trying to open a business account they decided to close my personal account that I use to do 2~3 transfers a month with a turnover of €400 per month due to "unacceptable level of risk" lol.
Although they seemed professional in the beginning, it turned out they weren't.
I paid €1,000 for the document review fee and spent one month going back and forth in the process. Eventually, my business account application was rejected without knowing why.
I believe when you pay €1000 upfront you deserve to know the reason. Anyway, stay away from these clowns.

Plateforme de paiement tres efficace et tres réactive. J'utilise a titre pro et perso et je n'ai rien a redire.
Seul critique constructive, il serait judicieux d'arrêter les validations d'operations par sms avec le detail des operations sur le sms. Il serait préférable d'avoir une validation a travers l'application FINCI avec une validation biométrique ou OTP plus sécurisée et moins hasardeuse que les sms.
