I would just like to say how impressed and pleased I am with your personalised letters from Santa. The detail in the letters is really lovely. I ordered two, one for my eldest 16! (She's great at playing along) and one for my youngest 8 and I expected them to be fairly generic but they are both individual and just lovely. On top of everything that everyone has gone through this year my girls have had a truly tough year and I can't wait for them to receive these letters and kick off the festive season with a bit of magic. I ordered 2 letters from Santa for my children, I was a bit sceptical as there is a price tag but had seen many reviews saying how great the letters were so bought some.
I recieved the letters yesterday and like any Mother I read them to see what they contained, My mind was blown!!! They are personalised and both letters are completely different as if 'Santa' had thought about each child. I never would of in a million years thought they would be as good as they are. I loved the extra little bits that you get with them of snow and reindeer food. This was an amazing added touch, Quality is a 10 out of 10, writing a 10 and all round experience from start to finish is a 10. can't wait until next year to see what 'Santa' has to say.

Ordered the Santa certificates for my nephews and nieces and I couldn’t be happier. Delivery was also quick. I would recommend this company to anyone. I can’t wait to see their little faces on Christmas!

I purchased the personalized wrapping paper, the Santa letters, magic snow, reindeer food and a book this year and could not believe the quality of these items, I am absolutely blown away by it, each item was beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely be a returning customer. The items came in post discreetly which is great when mail arrives and kids are at home they had no idea what was been delivered, I just cant wait to see their faces on Christmas eve when they open their letters. I ordered 4 dog Christmas decorations for all the dogs in our family for my Sister-in law and I was blown away on how special these looked that I am now re ordering for myself. Highly recommend if your looking for something personalise. Very friendly easy to order, quick delivery and lovely customer service.

I ordered the Santa letter and essential pack and would recommend this to anyone. My son was absolutely amazed when it came through the post. He now thinks Rudolf and Bernard the Elf have been spying on him as Santa knows his age, his friends name, that he has a pet and more! The Good List certificate is fantastic and the contract is even better - it's already working wonders with him being ultra helpful as he's promised Bernard the Elf that he will be! The Reindeer food is fab and he loved the magic snow. Everything was really high quality and so believable in design. Will definitely be using them again.

Nice item, but they charge £3.50 for postage, which is a complete rip off as it's just a normal letter sized item, which is sent 2nd Class (I.e. Costs them 65p to post). They also delete any comments on their Instagram page that questions this.
Wouldn't use again.

Edit after response sent: people who just pay for the letter (most customers I would imagine), shouldn't be charged the same amount as people who buy other items too. It's just another money making scheme.
It's funny that you delete my comments, yet suggest that comments go unnoticed!

We bought the Christmas Eve treat packs for our girls . The boxes arrived to Ireland very quickly.
We were delighted with the quality and attention to detail on the boxes and the contents.
This is something that will just bring a bit more magic and happiness to what’s been a tough year.

Quick delivery and good customer service. An amazing letter and certificate. Made my daughter pour with excitement and happiness. Shes buzzing.
I'm only sad that I caught this business on my daughters last year of believing. She will be 11 next year. So I feel like I've missed out sending these before now. What a shame. But, I will be ordering again for other loved younger children in my life.

Excellent quality letters - was worried that they would both say the same but they are different and I just know that the girls are going to love them. Delivery was superquick and my one query was resolved promptly and politely - excellent customer service and that is something that is very rare these days. I would use again and highly recommend

I received my sons letter from Father Christmas yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the paper is fantastic, feels really authentic. The personalised touch to it, had me in tears, just imagining reading it to my son, while he listens in wonder, wondering how Father Christmas knows his name.
I cannot wait to put it on the Christmas tree for my son to find when the decorations go up.
The staff are lovely too, I emailed a few times for an update, and I got a speedy reply with all the information I needed (which is rare these days). Brilliant product and service.

I ordered a Christmas Eve box for my son in 2019, which Festive Studio dispached at the beginning of December however the email went to my spam so didn't see it. I realised on the 23rd December I hadn't had it and was told it had been sent and found the email. Checked with Royal Mail, neighbours etc but no one had it. I was gutted as I should have checked earlier but it was personalised and he was only 1 so wanted it to be special.
I kept in touch with Festive Studio throughout 2020, Jodie responded to every email and assured me I would have a box sent out this year as a replacement in November. True to her word the box arrived today and it is amazing, the quality and the contents are worth every penny.
Thank you so much Festive Studio and in particular Jodie, fantastic customer service, highly recommend this company, I will be using them again.

fantastic items the letter had me in tears when i opened it. Things like this mean a lot with this rubbish year we are having i cant wait to see his face when he reads it would highly recommend.

I would so recommend these wrapping papers ,excellent quality, beautifully done and will b a lovely surprise for my daughter on Christmas morning. It will light up her eyes to see her name on the paper. Super fast delivery too.thank you so much.

This company goes above and beyond to help their customers. They kindly replaced a letter from santa due to mention of a recently deceased pet. You can't beat the quality of the paper and printing so this was not easily rectified at home.

I received my personalised Christmas parcel for my son today. I opened it and I was lost for words. It’s was amazing. Every little detail was just beautiful. I really can’t wait to see my sons face when we look at it. Everything was super easy on the website, emails to notify you about your order which is fantastic. I ordered the letters from Santa, magic key, reindeer food and magic snow. I received my order yesterday and they are just stunning! Whoever has taken the time to write the letters and personalise every detail is just so creative and I’m so impressed with the thought that has gone into them! I’ve also ordered a goodnight text too (hopefully that makes the kids sleep on Xmas eve!). The quality of the card, paper, envelopes, design... everything is just perfect. I will keep these letters for years to come as little keepsakes. I am so so pleased with them. Thank you so much I’ll definitely be ordering again this year. Xx
