If you want to buy any thing do it with PAYPAL because in other way you dont get the money back. THE CLOTH material is horrible and cheap !!!!

The items from my order were not the same as advertised on the website. When I emailed the company's customer service to file a return they said "Please keep the items and we will give you 20% off your next order." After several emails they would not send me a return label, that is all I wanted so I can get MY money back. The quality of the clothes is cheaply made buyer beware. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately, I can't. I will NEVER order from this company ever again. Three months later and I'm still waiting for my money back....

This company takes your money and never sends products. Reached out to this company about my order and requested a full refund gave me the run around. I finally had enough and disputed the charge with my bank. This company now reaches out now to find a solution begging me to drop the dispute, ladies Becareful this site is the worst

I always look now to see if the model's actual head or face is shown. Dealt with a company similar to this with poor results - cheap clothes not in the material stated and no returns address. Apparently they copy other pics from other companies but knock off the model's head for some reason! And now I check on trust pilot too!

Email is false. Phone no. in in Beijing, China with no answer. Debited my account when order was placed. Impossible to return. Real scam.

Very poor quality and poor fit.
Horrible customer service. After 4 emails, they only offered a 40% refund.
Do not make the mistake I made and order from them.

Brought 3 dresses, very poor quality. When I tried to return them, they wouldn’t provide a process or address. Asked me to keep them and offered 30% refund then increased it to 50% when I said no. Do not buy from this website. They do not allow returns even though on their website they say they do.

The quality of this Christmas top was terrible…paper thin material of unknown origin. It did not have a size tag on it and was huge! Probably made in China. For the price, the quality was deplorable.

I’m feeling pretty stupid also. I bought two blouses and a sweater and the coloring was nothing like the pictures. The fabric was so cheap and non of it fit. I will never order from an overseas company again.

I bought a leather backpack bag. I spent 239.00 and it's worth every penny. Good quality. It took 3 weeks to get to me, but well worth the wait.

This is a totally fraudulent company. I ordered product and the items were very poor quality. When I contacted the company to return them I discovered they had come from China and the company asked me to at least keep “60 percent” of the order. What???? I refused, as the items were very poor quality, and they asked that I at least “keep one”. WOW! Then I actually sent the order BACK TO THEM at my own expense and they refused to acknowledge to PayPal that they ever received them. PayPal refused to refund the amount, EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM DOCUMENTATION THAT I HAD SENT THE ORDERS BACK! I even had tracking info from USPS that verified the items had gotten all the way back to the originating destination. Evidently, the fiends at Femme Finery refused to accept the delivery or failed to pick it up. Shame on Pay Pal for going along with this obviously fraudulent company.

I ordered an item from Femme Finery. It arrived on time, nice quality, however, the fit was poor. I contacted them by phone twice and by email and have not received an appropriate response to my request for a return address and a refund. The first time I called, a man answered and sounded as though he was not interested in helping me and he did not understand the words "return" and "refund." Customer service responded by email asking me if they could supply me with a larger size. I responded, "No thank you. I want to return the item and receive a refund." I have not heard back from them. Their policy states that you must contact them within seven days of receiving the product in order to receive the return address for a refund. I believe they do not intend to refund customers. This is an unreliable shop. Do not do business with them.

I agree with everything everyone else has said…. If the items are not to your liking or don’t fit after waiting a MONTH, and you send an email as stated on their website about return/refund…. They will go back and forth with you… Ithe quality bad? Could you just keep it bc we are in Asia and shipping is just too costly? Would you split the shipping cost bc that’s fair for both of us?

It’s just ridiculous! Save yourself from the hassle and the possibility that you may not like it and you can’t refund/return despite what their website says. I wish I would have read reviews.

I was just so eager to buy some nice long dresses for work so I can start to feel good again and now I’m back at square one with one hundred dollars of 3 dresses that don’t work for me:(

Just received my leather mens sling bag today. Quality and craftsmanship excellent. What I like most is it's true to the picture I saw on line. The bag I received will be used for many years. Thank you

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. I saw some clothes I liked, but when they finally arrived (from China) I realized that they were poorly sown and mostly made out of polyester. In other words, really cheap and crappy stuff. The trouble started when I wanted to return the items. No! We can't do that! They refused to give me their return address and now I'm working through my bank and opening a dispute. Seriously, stay away. Consider yourself warned.

Orderd 3 tops, none of which fit. Tried to return but they said.for me to keep.. Their warehouse is in Asia and it would be expensive to return. So I am stuck with over $80.00 of merchandise I can't wear.

I purchased 2 dresses from femmefinery for $89 US. they were both of very inferior quality and poorly made. They were not what was advertised in their photos. I contacted their returns email and have not had any further correspondence to get my money back. I cannot even get a return address to send them back. I will never use this company again as they have been totally corrupt in their representation.

I feel like such an idiot! I should have looked them up before purchasing. The quality is NOTHING like the picture and even has 3 sequin that were black when the item is tan all over.
I’ve had numerous emails back and forth so at least they are still communicating with me. I am not hopeful of a refund. It shouldn’t be this difficult to return a brand new item that was shipped with a blemish. I assumed this was a company with good business practice. Lesson learned.

The items took a month to arrive. On arrival, one item was defective and unwearable and the other 7 items were poorly made. It was clear they were copies of the items advertised in the photos. The company has made cheap imitations of the fabric and products. I informed the company I wanted to return the products and receive a refund. First they blocked my email, then when they saw I had put a bad review on facebook they contacted me and said that they would provide a refund on receipt of a tracking number. The company claimed they were in Hong Kong but the shipping address I finally received was in Guangzhou in China and after spending a fortune on shipping to China, and providing the tracking number they said they would not refund until they received the items and now they are ignoring my emails. Do not buy from them, you will lose your money.
