My order arrived 3 weeks after I placed it, and despite the long wait, I was really looking forward to receiving a quality product. Unfortunately, everything advertised was completely misleading. The advert claimed the shorts wouldn’t roll and would be comfortable, WRONG!!! The quality is very poor, the material feels cheap, and the fit is uncomfortable.

This feels like false advertising just to get people’s money. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. I would not recommend buying from this company, so please don’t be fooled by the adverts.

Delivery was delayed by 36 days & once you start chasing, you establish the order cannot be cancelled! (although the parcel had not left for the UK). Once received I tried to exchange an item for a different size & Femlush wanted £15.99 for postage, which was 5 times more than the delivery charge? I will not be ordering anything further!

Don’t even want to give it one star. Agree with all other comments and which I had seen them first. Basically they have stolen my money. Ordered for my wedding with express delivery paid- said they would refund my postage as a ‘gesture of good will’ as took over a month to arrive and had to buy something else for my wedding. No chance of a refund on the actual item and no refund on postage. Shouldn’t be allowed to still advertise and be a running ‘business’.

I really wanted to like these but I wish I’d listened to my instincts and ignored the adverts and read the reviews.
They took nearly a month to arrive and when they did they were quite nice to put on but unfortunately after sitting down briefly the legs rolled up and after a while the top started to roll down. They seemed to be the correct size - anything larger wouldn’t have shaped at all. I was within the size guidance and also they say size down for shaping effect. Very disappointed. No refund as apparently £42.99 was the sale price and not eligible for a refund.

Ordered goods on 29th March 26, took till 27th April 26 to come, e-mailed company twice replied after 3 days to say they are in transit but no update on tracking to say. Won't order again from company. They say the goods don't roll down on waist band!!, they do. False advertising.

Not even 1 star. When goods ordered quoted a delivery time scale, went over by 2 weeks. So when the goods finally arrived it was too late for the date needed.
Rubbish customer service and takes 4 days to reply.
Do not buy goods from this awful company

Scammers shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on social media platforms , order placed over a month ago and nothing has arrived , even though the say I can not cancel as dispatched , avoid this company all lies would give zero review if I could .

It's been over a month and I haven't received my package yet has anyone not received a package I keep texting them and they keep on sending the same note over be patient it's working it's way through the warehouse I am so disappointed in this place it won't answer me back

Actually should be O stars as a total SCAM.
No items, no refund and just excuse after excuse.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ORDERED ... ANTI-ROLL SHAPER SHORTS ON APRIL 2ND , 2026 . I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER, BUT THEY DID DEBITED MY CREDIT CARD THE SAME DAY. I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS AND COMMENTS IN THEIR COLUMN. NOTHING . TOO BAD THERE IS NO 0. BECAUSE THAT 'S WHAT THEY WOULD GET.

If I could I would give O star, I placed an order on the 20/03 and still waiting for the delivery

I actually would not give this company 1 star. They are scammers. Order placed on 5 March 2026, it is now 9 April 2025 and they have done nothing with my order. They are refusing to give me a refund and have now stopped replying to my emails.

Scam - do not waste your money. I paid but received no product. Just keep getting messsges about ‘delays due to so many backlog of orders’… total BS

Not a good experience at all. Do not buy. The video they use to advertise shows a far better style and quality than what arrives. So miss sold. The shapewear came with holes in the seams. And very poor quality. After numerous attempts you discover customer service is a joke. They ask for photos of damage goods and when you send it you receive no acknowledgment I sent at least 10 emails to them and once that goes over 30 days absolutely nothing!! Complete waste of money. The products come from China even tho it seems American website. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star ….

I ordered shapewear 1/19. It is now 2/25 with no sign of it. I no longer need it as the wedding is over. I contacted customer service many times over the last 3 weeks. I asked the order be canceled but 'it was too late". I have requested return policies and requested a refund to no avail.

The anti roll pants roll as soon as you put them on and are not cheap also waited a long time for them to come

Terrible company & do not order from them. I ordered on 11.1.2026 & received a shipping email on 12.1.2026 & nothing since despite several emails chasing. The occasion I wanted the item for has now gone so I asked for a refund & have not heard anything since from them & still no item received.

My first order of fleecy tights was good: incredibly warm and cosy (though I’d size up next time). On the strength of that, I placed a second order, which unfortunately took seven weeks to arrive. I don’t mind a wait, but the lack of proactive updates was disappointing. I simply wanted reassurance that my order hadn’t vanished. Emails were answered promptly and politely, but the occasional progress update would have helped.

The anti-roll shaper shorts themselves are good (seamless would have been even better), but as someone smaller than an S, I found the fit slightly too generous and they wrinkle a little. That said, they create a fairly smooth silhouette.

One star off for the delay, but overall still a company I’d reorder from.

Do not buy from them. You’ll not receive a product or a refund from them. Looks like they are a scam. As I’m being ghosted by their customer services (claimed to send another product out but no tracking or delivery AGAIN. I asked for refund but now they won’t reply to me).

I now won’t buy from any company advertising on social media if I can’t find anything for them in the real world (more fool me for falling for hold me in shorts).

Save your money, find a reputable brand who aren’t just scamming money out of idiots like me. Lesson learned.

These anti roll shorts are absolutely rubbish waited 3 weeks for them but they don’t look like the advertisements not worth buying please don’t buy you are wasting your money! Plus beware they only refund if damaged stay clear !
