Save yourself the cost of a new boiler and stay away from this company!
I made an official complaint to fast fix. They repeatedly misdiagnosed a fault on our boiler system. Which has now cost us the price of a new boiler. They would not take my word for it despite pictures and a report from our engineer. They would not respond to my complaint. I contacted Darren today and I was insulted several times by his misogynist behaviour towards me over the phone. He laughed at me for getting a part name wrong and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. He wouldn’t let me speak and kept laughing and huffing. He then raised his voice at me several times. This is what you will deal with if things go wrong with fast fix. He accused of me things I have never said or done. It was an immediate misogynist, personal attack.
Our boiler packed up because their engineer kept replacing the same part instead of actually investigating what the issue was. In the end our boiler was so blocked it needed a new heat exchange and at this point only a new boiler was the answer. It was also dangerously hot from a burnout motor. Goodness knows what could’ve happened.
I don’t like writing poor reviews but if the manager won’t even take responsibility and try to resolve the issue what option do I have?
