Brought Sony Xperia Z4, I thought it was with Aluminum case. But it was plastic, non- waterproof... and phone died in 1 week... I take this phone to tech service, and they said that it was republished...not new... I sent this phone back to China to fastcardtech... they told ne that some parts of this phone is missing and refunded not full money, but part of it. Strongly not recommend sites likes this... buy mobile to licensed stocks

Aunque por precio parezca imbatible es tirar el dinero, aún pagando con PayPal. Venden teléfonos usados que no duran y después PayPal se lava las manos alegando que es problema de garantía no de ellos. Compré un Galaxy S7 que empezó a dar problemas al mes, entre prueba y prueba, vídeo y vídeo y el desfase de los mails al final me piden que lo envíe d vuelta a China para arreglo, ya han pasado dos meses. Al mes siguiente, después de más de 15 mails y las mismas largas decido abrir disputa en PayPal, sigue pasando el tiempo y los plazos se agotan esperando a que FCT se decida a reenviarle el móvil arreglado. Elevo a reclamación y a los pocos días me confirman el envío, qué curioso. Al día siguiente PayPal cierra la reclamación y yo llamo para decirles que por lo menos den tiempo a recibir el paquete y confirmar que el móvil está bien. Me dicen que no pueden ya que entienden que como ya han pasado 4 meses desde que lo compré el problema ya no es de ellos, que es tema d garantía. A las 3 semanas recibo el paquete y mi sorpresa es q el móvil ni enciende, ya no es que funcione mal es que ni arranca. Se han reído d mí tanto FCT como PayPal. Ahora tocará denunciar y ver si sirve de algo. También tengo otro LG 3 desde Enero para arreglar y sigo sin noticias en Julio.

The aftersales service of this company is literally non-existent! Incluso pagando con paypal no recomiendo que ordenen en esta tienda, venden items que no están en stock, en mi caso llenaron en la orden que hice escribiendo por mi que yo esperaría hasta que el item este en stock, cuando en el anuncio dice claramente disponible en stock, a paypal le envían números de seguimientos falsos que jamas se hicieron, luego de un mes de darte vueltas a ti y paypal justo antes de que paypal te devuelva tu dinero, te dan un nuevo numero de seguimiento esta vez real, sorpresa paypal no te devuelve el pago que hiciste y te dice que cuando recibas tu envio pagues la devolución del paquete hasta la dirección de fastcardtech y que cuando reciban el paquete en fastcardtech recién te devolverán tu dinero. yo perdi como 5 meses en este tema, no recomiendo comprar en esta tienda.
