I’d like to apologise for the huge delay in receiving your order. I understand the frustration of ordering an item expected to arrive within 3 days; then having to chase it up for weeks on end because of non-delivery. It’s a massive failure on our part. No matter what internal issues we are as a company; at the very minimum you should have been offered some transparency by our customer service- informing you of the delay so you’d at least have some peace of mind whilst waiting.
I’d like to thank you for your valuable feedback. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to make the changes required to avoid issues like this from happening in future. It’s because of customers such as yourself that allow us to constantly improve our service.
Although you’ve now received your order and some compensation for the delay- we’d love to know what else we can do to make things right with you.
Our inbox is always open to you. Although we completely understand that you’d not want anymore dealings with us in the future.

Not only this, it completely goes against the behaviour of the type of company that we claim to be. Have ordered two colours over a month ago with 2-3 day delivery, and here I am still waiting. I tried to contact customer service... No response to any of my emails, neither over Facebook or Instagram!
Needless to say no money back either!
This is an absolute scam! You are better off ordering any other brand.

We want to take this time to apologise for the lack of communication in our part in regards to your order. Whatever issues we as a brand are facing internally should never impact the customer. And in the situations it does impact, the absolute least you deserve is some transparency or some form of contact from us.
It’s inexcusable that you’ve had to go to these lengths (over so many different platforms!) just to get an update on something that you’d been trusting enough to purchase from us.
Although you’ve received your order and had the shipping fee refunded to you- this does not by any degree rectify or solve the frustrations you must have felt over this period. We’ve reached out to you again directly, to see if there are any further ways we can make things right- we look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks to feedback like yours, we’ve been able to pinpoint and take action on the exact areas that need improvement. Needless to say all orders are now delivered promptly within our guidelines.

I ordered an item 2months ago. Recieved a text to say it had been dispatched. To this date I have not recieved my item!! The tracking number does not work!! I have emailed customer service and had no response Ive messaged on facebook and Instagram and again no response! I want me money back!!! Disgusting service!!!

We want to take this time to apologise for the lack of communication in our part in regards to your order. No one should be kept in the dark when they’ve been kind enough to support a small business by purchasing their goods. We’ve audited our entire service, and with feedback such as yours, it’s allowed us to pinpoint the exact areas where our brand could be improved.
Your order arrived at the post office on March 30th. Due to non-collection it was returned to our warehouse on June 15th - needless to say we refunded you as soon as the goods were received at the warehouse.
Although now resolved, we’ve reached out to you again directly via email to confirm your shipping information for a (late) compensation pack we’re going to send you.
Look forward to hearing back and again I’d like to share my deepest apologies for the service you’d received from us.
Poor customer service, terrible product.
After watching the demo video of how to use this, I thought it looked great and ordered a pot. When it arrived, the lid was partially open and product was crusted around it. I decided to clean it up and try it anyway. The product smells like burned plastic and made my hair feel like straw (although it does wash out instantly and quickly as they advertise).
I emailed customer service twice to ask if this was normal, but got no response, so used facebook messenger. There I was told that as I hadn't taken a photo of the pot, they couldn't do anything. They also said they'd need me to return the product for a refund, but that they don't accept returns on used products. Catch-22.
Sadly this was a waste of £18.

I am OBSESSED! Great customer service, very quick. Had been wanting to try pink hair for ages but was too scared to take the plunge but this wax allowed me to do a trial run! Absolutely genius idea and the product was great quality and very easy to apply. I want all the colours now!
