Terrible awful

It’s always fast shipping and I love all the wigs I’ve ordered so far.

I didn’t receive the wig yet no communication no phone number to call you have a automated email that gives wrong information I don’t have TikTok and the number on the contact information is wrong I want to cancel my order I been trying sent last week so when it arrives I will be returning it.

I never got my hair it been 3 week I been calling an email no response then I contacted my Bank an did a report to get my money bank then yell sent my hair out two days after my Bank contract yell then sent it to the wrong address in LAND O LAKES, FL an my address I put down say ST.LOUIS with my zip code like how did yell miss that ??? ......just to say yell did something ..yell are very wrong I'm not happen at all ur very wrong

Love the timing from ordering to receiving my unit, packaging and gifts were awesome. The unit it self looks beautiful can’t wait to install.

There was a huge delay with my order, which I do not understand why, and I even had to confirm the order again with receipts. To this day, I haven't received it yet and it's been almost a month.

Loved my braided wig. I will definitely be recommending fancyvivi to my friends.

The wig itself is great, it looks so real, but the cap size is too big for my head. All companies do average size cap not everyone is average. Not sure if I’ll be able to wear it but I’m going to try.

It’s been three weeks and I have not received my package. This is unacceptable. Do I like this company? No well I buy something again from this company no do I want my money back yes

Wig cap to large, Very disappointment

This is my 3rd wig from fancivivi I’m in love with the units that I got the only concern is the size they not really custom to fit people with small heads.

I purchased the boho braided unit based off great reviews given by YouTube influencers. I will say the craftsmanship of the wig was excellent! The braids and parts were very neatly done and the cap was well constructed. However, the synthetic curly hair used was not so great. As soon as I took it out of the netting, it began to tangle without any manipulation whatsoever. I didn’t run my fingers through it or anything. I know how synthetic hair works, but right out of the pack???
I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing it but I put it back in the bag and will gift it to my granddaughter to play dress up with as I will never install it

J ai récemment commandé sur fancivivi et la perruque n est jamais arrivé. Et quand je leurs demande de me remboursé ils me disent que c'est fais et sa fais 2 mois qu'il m on dit ça et toujours rien. J ai même fais opposition à ma banque et la banque n'a rien pue faire. Grosse arnaque!!! A fuir si vous voulez pas perde 160€
