Good afternoon. We would like to take this opportunity to once again apologise for the issues you had with your recent order. Looking back through your notes, we can see that our store manager and sales team did try to rectify this for you, but due to unforeseen circumstances on our part we were unable to replace the items for you, instead providing a full refund. We could not provide compensation as the goods were collected and you were refunded.
We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from us. Reading the notes on your order we can see that sales teams in 2 of our stores tried to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion, which they were unable to do. We are sorry that you feel that we have not done enough for you. We don’t like to let customers down, but on this occasion our hands were tied on what we could do to resolve the issue for you. Kind regards – Fairway Furniture
