Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent purchase with us. We are sorry that you were disappointed that we did not remove the packaging when we delivered your items. The original sales order (that you signed) does show that you selected our Essential delivery, which states “[delivery] to any accessible room, not including unpacking, assembly or set-up of any items”.
Our delivery options would have been explained to you at the time of your order, as well as available to view anytime in the customer information pack (that you were given) and on our website. We are sorry that you feel these options were not made clear to you, and we will look at how we can make this clearer for our customers going forward. Kind regards – Fairway Furniture
