Shout out to Cory the salesman who was lovely to deal with. I was kept updated by Wayne the project manager at all times and the fitters were great, efficient, competent and clean. I would have given 5 if the glass in a unit wasnt cracked at the point of installation; it was re-ordered and changed with no after-sales issues. Windows are good quality and value for money. I intend to use Fairview again for remaining windows.

I had a single broken double glazed…
I had a single broken double glazed widow with lead work on it that I accidentally broke.
I initially thought I would have a major job getting a company to even come out and price the work for me.
I made the call about 1pm on a Friday and Jill from the sales team made me feel like a full refit customer!
Jill, arranged to come that very afternoon measured the work required and took a photo of the lead work and said she would call me with a quote on the Monday morning.
Which, she did and I was very happy with the price, even happier with several follow up phone calls advising me that the glass had been ordered, then another the following week advising me of the installation date.
Then two days before the installation was due I received another call confirming the installation and I was given a two hour installation slot.
The fitter arrived who was extremely polite, professional and made sure that the fitting was a clean and perfect installation.
Then a few days later I received another call confirming email advising me that the supply and fitting of my new pane of glass also came with a two year guarantee / warranty.
I can and will recommend that if you want, great service, good value for your money the give Fairview Windows a phone call as I’m sure like me you won’t be dissatisfied

Excellent after sales care.
We have had windows from Fairview for many years and would always go back to them based on their excellent after sales service. When we have had problems they are very quick to send an angineer out, no questions asked. The ladies in the office are lovely too. Not many double glazing companies will do this and for this reason I would highly recommend Fairview.
