I would recommend faded store to anyone. I purchased a pair of jeans and the quality and style was amazing that I ordered another pair of their jeans. They are definitely worth the price and sizes were good too. Their delivery times are quick and easy and you get regular updates.

I didn’t want to make this review, but unfortunately now I’m being ignored, it’s not left me with a choice.
I ordered a large £45 t-shirt and was sent a small as it says S on the t-shirt and is much smaller than all my previous t-shirts I’ve purchased from Faded. I contacted Faded about this explaining the situation and they ask me to send pictures and even measurements of the t-shirt? I thought having to measure the t-shirt was a bit much, but I’ve sent it all over to them and now they’ve decided to ignore all my emails.
I’m a gold customer with Faded in their rewards program, and am almost a VIP member, and their customer service has decided to now ignore my emails about them sending me an incorrect size for just a £45 t-shirt?
I love their products, but their customer service is so bad, and this is the second time ive had to contact their customer service, and both times have been awful!
I don’t understand why they are being so difficult over a £45 t-shirt, I just want a replacement in the correct size!

I’ve already bought another pair of joggers form there couple days after the tracksuit came i’ll go back later to get the top. I think the loyalty thing is good too makes you wanna come back.

Loyal customer, no compensation
I love faded, love the style of clothes, the fits, and everything. But I’ve been a customer since day 1? Years and years, and I’ve had a lot of problems with the quality of clothing… the colour fading, the prints breaking, and so on… I’ve sent them numerous pictures, and they’re saying that it’s me the way I wash them. I wash EVERYTHING on a low temperature wash, I don’t use a dryer, so how is that me? After been a customer for so long I’d have expected a decent gift card to use, as I’ve spent thousands of pounds with this company but absolutely nothing, just me to blame. Honestly not happy with this at all

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is non existent. I purchased two t shirts on the 20th August and paid for next day delivery, I am still yet to receive my order and I have chased multiple times with no correspondence.
