One of the worst services I have ever…
One of the worst services I have ever received. Ordered our flooring (about a month ago originally) 3 times and has come damaged every time. Don’t expect any good will gesture either as this doesn’t exist.
Delivery service is absolutely shocking, just dumped outside my house and do not come within the time frame they gave me.
I took a day off work and it turns out they came the following day and just dumped it outside.
They don’t have a phone number to call the after sales department
Will not be ordering again from here

Amazing, really happy with my flooring
Excellent service from start to finish. I realised after I submitted my order I had measured wrong, customer service were quick and friendly, my account was credited within a few days. Flooring was delivered on my specified date and was kept up to date by the friendly delivery men. Bit of a pain that the flooring can only be delivered kerb side but that is made clear before checking out. The flooring was a bargain and looks like I paid a lot more than I did! Its gone down nicely. Really happy with my purchase.

We are very sorry to hear that the delivery of your sample order didn't meet your expectations. The order was place as 10:36 and tracking confirms it was with the courier at 17:03 the same day. Whilst we're pleased to say that the photo shows your samples being handed to you two days after this feedback, we acknowledge this was slower than expected and can only attribute this to being in the Inverness region. We have passed our concerns with deliveries to this area on to the courier to address, as this is not the first feedback we've had regarding issues in this region.

I ordered a sample of a stone flag effect, unfortunately the sample didn't resemble it at all it was very small and didn't show any of the tiled effect. The sample did arrive quickly but it doesn't give me the confidence to order the vinyl flooring.
