SCAM COMPANY.

Like many others here, I bought the North Face jacket from Wowcher. The jacket arrived after a while, but it's a FAKE. A very cheap and fake version of The North Face. I have returned the item and now I'm waiting for a refund.

I will formally complain to Wowcher as they shouldn't allow these type of 'companies' to sell there. Also, since Fab Sales claims that the jacket is original, I'll sue them for False Advertising.

I like many ordered this jacket. Since 7th feb no movement. It seems like they created the label and never shipped the item. I ordered through clearpay and raised a dispute. Dispite wowcher not getting back to me they provided clearpay with the tracking which ment they closed my dispute and sided with the merchant. I got through on the number fab sales website around 9am. When the person answered it sounds like the callcentre is in india and I knew that it was curtains! I have been told the jacket is out of stock and I will recieve a refund. I have been chasing every 2 days and like some who have been refunded i am hopeful something will give. Worse case scenario I am going to go to my bank but they will charge back clearpay and not the merchant which means I may sadly lose my acc. Such as life! Never again.... stick to Groupon

Update! After going back and forth with fabsales and wowcher copied in via email. I finally received notification of my refund! Stick it out guys. Email fab Sales and cc in wowcher... eventually u will get there! Its taken me a little over two weeks

I like many others purchased a coat via wowcher, I have however received the item after nearly a month of contacting them and continuously being told “it will arrive this week” when the coat did arrive I compared it to another north face coat I own, it is in fact a replica item, all of the stitching is off, the labels on the inside are sewn in on an angle, among other clear indicators that this is a replica item.
I contacted fabsales and wowcher to inform them of this and was told to return for a refund at my cost! I will be contacting trading standards today

Avoid at all cost, disappointed that Wowcher has allowed its customer base to be scammed like this, over 600 sold as per the advert which is still advertised on Wowcher, the advert is even endorsed by Wowcher stating the authenticity has been verified by Wowcher, like others in the chat be relentless continue to contact Wowcher until you get a refund, as infuriating as the help chat is stick with it. I’ve also been contact a week after being refunded, 6 weeks after initial order I’ve received the following communication via email,

“ The merchant has advised that due to a system error your order has been duplicated upon dispatch, resulting in over-delivery.

Please confirm you are happy to return the additional item/s upon response to this e-mail. We will provide you a pre-paid postage label to arrange a successful return.”

Comically really as I don’t think the product has ever existed, the tracking information provided weeks ago remains unchanged.

Last time using Wowcher, or fab sales.

Like everyone else is saying - total scam artists. Ordered the north face jacket early January, never came. Nightmare getting any sort of reply out of these jobbies. On February 3rd I got sent tracking details with Evri and ensured I would receive it by the end of the week, the tracking is still on we’re expecting this item. They clearly do not have any stock and are chancing their arms they people will just give up on refunds.

Anyone who does not have a refund yet, do not give up with the Wowcher WhatsApp, I received at refund this week. Ignore when they say give the company 72 hours to reply - as they never do. I just peppered Wowchers WhatsApp with messages until they relented.

Total joke. Not even sure if this bogus company exists. Bought a jacket from them via wowcher a few weeks ago. It has still not arrived and they don’t respond when you contact them. Avoid and save yourself a sore head

Do not buy anything off this company. They sell only sell counterfeit goods.

Trading Standards are investigating them.

They work out of an office in Harrow.

I like many others have not received a north face jacket through a voucher redeemed from wowcher.
It is now 1 month since ordering and wowcher are not at all interested keep sending automated emails to wait until the end of the week or another 3 working days etc. Direct emails to fabsales have also not been answered.
What is equally disappointing is that wowcher are still advertising this same product from the same supplier even though they know there are problems from this merchant actually supplying the goods they advertise.
I have used wowcher in the past but never again...

SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not buy anything from this company SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a “hugo boss hoodie” for my husband for Christmas it arrived four weeks later and was clearly not a genuine product the material was awful and the tags was not official it was clearly a fake!!!! Contacted them to inform them of this via groupon and it has taken me two months to finally get my money back after having to pay £5.75 out of my own money to return the item!!! the only reason I got my money back was because I paid through PayPal I have sent numerous emails and made many attempts to contact them and they did not co operate at all!!!!!!!! I want to make others aware of this as I do not want others to be mislead by the decent prices for them to be sold a product that is not genuine and then have to pay to return it whilst having to take time to contact them with minimal response! This is not acceptable at all I am highly disappointed in groupon for allowing this to happen and for not supporting me when I raised my concerns with the delayed shipping and then when I received the non genuine item!!!! Do not order from them!!!! Scamming innocent people!!!!!!!!

Company is a complete SCAM and wowcher should be ashamed of them selves for entertaining them and advertising North Face jackets. Like many of you out there (and hopefully some positive news).....don't give up and you should get refunded including postage- I did yesterday after 3+weeks of phone calls and chasing up!
Wowcher weren't very helpful as some of you have said and I made over 200 calls to the Fab sales company over the 3 week period ( 3 times I did get an answer however twice I was told lies( jacket is in the "processing stage" and also due to "high demand" there is a delay!!
Please don't fall for these excuses and get everything confirmed in email and also stay on the phone (if you get through) until they actually email you back. All my Wowcher correspondence was through a what's app number however that procedure was very slow (why, I don't understand and sometimes replies took 72 hours).
Like I said I have just had my refund back so hang in there guys and copy/paste everything either company sends to you, be that from Wowcher or the SCAM company (aka Fab sales),never will I use any of them again and both companies should be ashamed with themselves along with some of there employed staff.

Absolute Scam.....I ordered a North Face jacket which hasn't arrived. No response from several emails, had notification saying it's been despatched but nothing has arrived and no tracking update. Now in the process of trying to claim back via my credit card company.

Bought north face jacket via Wowcher Never arrived and Wowcher were just as useless in not helping and just giving run around with virtual “assistant”

My partner and I purchased a North face jacket on wowcher, from seperate accounts, that said it was a verified item by wowcher. Paid for the item and delivery....item has not arrived. They do not answer to emails and do not answer the phone.

Contacted wowcher and expecting to recieve a refund

Emails ignored. Phone calls unanswered. Completely uncontactable after taking payment.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and not to be trusted. Avoid this FAKE SCAM COMPANY at all costs. Makes me seriously question Wowcher and the verification process.
