Booked the Swansea branch via Black circles ( who failed us badly ) , on visiting the branch we met Gareth the manager, he was informative, friendly and professional.
Nothing was too much trouble . We eventually booked and purchased a high grade tyre from them .
Their service was quick and efficient and we were very pleased with the service and cost .

Really poor experience at Worksop branch. Very unprofessional service. Failed MOT for genuine reason but because sorted the issue my self rather than pay £800 for their labour and parts. Had my retest failed for something when was previously an advisory. Then was declined another MOT due to excessive oil in engine. How were the previous tests done. This is a stalling issue to expire my valid MOT plus a price issue. Took it elsewhere an its sorted. Appalling service, seriously avoid at all cost. Won't be returning with any of my vehicles. Won't recommend to anyone, in fact I'll try and put people off

This Worksop bunch of cowboys,Swaped the rear center buckle to the side one ,on a first time Mot,on retest make me 2 holes in the car body to fail again,paid 2 times to be scammed,have to scrap the car,Been reported to Driver &Vehicle Standart Agency ...

Avoid at any cost !

I took my car here for an MOT and it was failed with an extensive list of “major” and “minor” faults. I was then quoted £1,500 to repair the major items and authorised the work.
The very next day I was contacted and told they could not carry out the repairs because they do not have the required tools. This is beyond unacceptable. No competent garage should fail a vehicle, quote a large sum of money, and then admit they are not equipped to do the work.
This caused a complete waste of time, unnecessary stress, and left me scrambling to find another garage. It seriously calls into question the professionalism and reliability of this business.
I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this garage

Absolutely appalled at the service today. Rang up to confirm the centre was open. Guy says yes just pop down. Same guy on arrival says oh we can’t do it today. Waiting another 2 hours to be told as they are about to close. Needs a new tyre and we haven’t got one. Thanks a lot for nothing. Disgusting service !!!

After a terrible experience at one F One centre I was delighted with the one near Worksop at Rhodesia. The job was done well, it started on time but ran over by 20 minutes. Ethan, the manager, fully explained why without being prompted and I was soon on my way. The tyre and brake fluid replacements were done cleanly and I’m delighted with the price. A really good experience.

I honestly don’t know how this garage doesn’t have five stars. From the very first phone call to the moment I drove away, I couldn’t have been treated any better. Connagh, Chris, and Tom went above and beyond to get my car back on the road, and they were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout.
My car had failed an MOT with a different company, who quoted me over £900 for the repairs. To reduce the cost, I rang around several places about new tyres, as they made up a large part of the bill. I called this garage at 3pm, and not only did Connagh get me booked in straight away, but by 3:40 they already had the car up on the ramps working on it. He also offered a quote cheaper than anywhere else I’d contacted and even managed to lower the cost of the other issues too. On top of that, he was able to order the parts and get everything repaired there and then.
The work was carried out quickly by three fantastic guys who clearly care about helping their customers and doing a great job.
There’s no doubt I’ll be coming back here in the future, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you!

Took my Nissan navara into this garage to get my injectors replaced and a DPF regen and clean out safe to say £1400 down and now a car that doesn’t work cut a long story short the turbo blew because they didn’t clean my DPF out as I requested them to do they are refusing to replace the turbo because of there own fault and they kept saying it’s because of the mileage of my car the turbo blew on me one of them even went as far as to say it’s just bad luck but last time I checked bad luck doesn’t blow a turbo I have gotten no where with this company at all so I have taken them to the motoring ombudsmen to try and get some repairs done my truck has even been vandalised while it’s there the place is very unprofessional I would AVOID at all costs

This was a few years ago but just seen they haven’t published it for some strange reason

USLESS GARAGE WITH A HIGH TURN AROUND OF STAFF

Called in late afternoon to get a tyre puncture repaired. Helpful guys fitted me in to the busy schedule, fixed my puncture at an excellent & reasonable price. Cosy waiting room to wait whilst repair is made.

I would reccomend formula one garage in Worksop to anyone. Connor was extremely helpful and he has done amazing work on my car which needed a lot of work doing to it. He explained everything in detail to me to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Will definitely be returning if I ever have car troubles again.

F1 Autocentres Worksop were great. Booked 4 tyres, but I turned up 1 day early (my error). They basically said "no problem" and fitted the tyres. Price was very competitive. They did a great job & will definitely use them next time I need tyres. Well done.

Outstanding service. En route to Center Parcs and after a 5 hour drive from Scotland I could hear a scraping under the car. Looking underneath I could see my skid plate was dangling down too low. Popped in to Formula One Autocentres - Worksop where Chris was only too happy to help. Car was up on a ramp within seconds and job complete in ten minutes. Turns out the garage that did my service neglected to replace all the fixing screws. Chris said only two were left holding it on. Cost for this repair?? ZERO!! Chris and the “boss” sent us on our way with happy holidays ringing in our ears. Cannot thank Chris and Formula One Autocentres - Worksop enough! A

Seriously frustrating! The manager spends all his time chatting up a young girl, walking around the entire workshop with her and then apologises that it took an hour and thirty five minutes to fit one tyre. If I had just turned up I would be more sympathetic but I made a booking in advance. Complained to management but they just made excuses.

Just over a week ago on Sunday 8th June I encountered a problem with my rear brakes. As always I needed the car for a holiday journey first thing Monday morning! I tried one outfit in town but they were unable to look at it until Wednesday.
I remembered passing Formula one so had a ride up.
Despite being very busy, with only two people on duty and the phone constantly ringing, Keiran got my car in and wheels off and showed me a bodged repair from a couple of months previously!
He went out of his way to source parts(on a Sunday) and made sure that everything worked perfectly so I could have the car for the morning run.
He couldn’t have done anything better and all this with a great smile despite the pressure he was under.
A full credit to Formula one for his expertise and service!

Efficient customer service from ordering on the phone to tyre fitting in the worksop branch.

Booked my car in for a re track at 1300hrs. Was told it would be about an hour to 1 1/2hrs. Returned to pick it up 1.5hrs later, hadn’t been done! Was told it would be another 15 minutes once tracking machine was free! What on earth did I book it in for at 1300hrs if the machine wasn’t free until 1430hrs. Have spent 1.5hrs waiting for absolutely nothing! Complete waste of my time, if I book it in at 1300hrs I expect it is because they have the staff and equipment free at that time to do the job!

Bought tyres on line at a great price with discount codes unfortunately the car was too low so it could not get on the lift also the car jacks they had were too high to go under the car so a full refund was issued.
Bit of an odd experience but sorted out professionally

My car was in for its MOT. It initially had a fail because the front tyres showed cracking on the walls. I had had my tyres fitted around 6 months earlier. They were changed free of charge under warranty. This was done without me getting involved. Very honest and proactive from the team

Fabulous experience at the Worksop branch. Ordered my Continental tyre online and chose an appointment slot to have it fitted to a spare rim. Best fitted price I could find anywhere online and fitted the next day after placing my order. Lovely, warm greeting on arrival and the whole job including balancing took less that 6 minutes, exceptional service!
