first time i have used formula one had new brake pads fitted today Danny (office ) and Josh (tech)what great lads helpfull ,informative happy in there work job done in 40 minutes that me and my family cars will be going there in the future both lads are a great asset to your company well done !!!

A great group of people. Helpful, sensible and sorted our car out skilfully. Cannot recommend this place enough. Had many bad experiences with garages and tyre centres over the years but this lot are first clsss.

Had a flat tyre at 3:45pm on a Sunday! Got myself down to Formula One at Rawmarsh and even though they hadn’t got the tyre size I needed in stock Ken and Becky were absolutely fantastic! Put my spare tyre on for me and got me on my way until I could get me new one! Would recommend the Rawmarsh branch to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Edit: after reading my review the regional manager called me this morning (10-2-25) to apologise for my experience and service received at this garage. Which I appreciate as he didn't have to do this and gave me a little more faith to use this company in the future. And on reflection have changed my initial 1 star review

Joke of a garage. Nearly 2 hours to fit 4 tyres. Purchased 4 new tyres from Asda website and formula one came up as a recommended fitter so booked in for 16.30, arrived around 16.15 to be told would be an hour to 90min to complete the fitting, which was bad enough, when realistically it should be no more than 10/15mins per tyre for an experienced fitter, but to have to wait nearly an extra 30mins was a joke. And not even an apology. Avoid.
Although Asda were good value for the tyres.

Booked for mot failed only for light bulbs not locked in properly properly elsewhere will be free to recheck it if it fails but not here!!
They will going to charge £17.00 if I went way and came back to recheck it later on
I had to pay £22 only for 2 min job

Awful service. Booked Friday afternoon for Saturday morning at 9:30. Had a phone call while on my way to the appointment saying there’s been an error and they can’t do the job and need to cancel. Still waiting on a refund, first and last time I’ll use them. Book with local garages people

1hr 20mins to fit 2 rear tyres! Asked if there was a problem getting them off? Yes the bolts on one wheel had swelled so where a pain to get off. I then asked do they usually take this long? Answer was pretty much yeah (no apology or concern). Need tea making facilities in the waiting room and a bed.

1.5 hours to fit 4 tyres and damaged one wheel.
Contact customer service who passed it into there managers, WASTE of time AVOID AVOID

Had tyres on astra only done 11,000miles worn out need replacements,as advised on MOT
Called f1 auto not interested say out of warranty even though mileage done is low,Average for budget tyre would be 20 to 40,000 also had to pump them up every week due to poor fitting avoid these amateurs!

the staff are great… no hustle or bustle just good relaxed atmosphere..

F1 Autocenter Rotherham (Parkgate). Booked my 4 year old car in for a service and mot. Used bookmygarage.com and this was by far the cheapest price online, local to me. Turned up and was told no MOT today, as emissions machine broken, said fair enough, go ahead with service and we'll get it in alter this week. Went home. Got a phone call few hours later with a quote of over £1200 to get it through MOT. the car is 4 year old and I only drive about 4 or 5k a year. They advised brakes and pads all round need replacing, balancing, tracking, 2 rear tyres amd I think brake fluid, I stopped listening. I advised no way am I having this work done and asked they finish the service and I will collect, and get some quotes elsewhere. Anyway, checked tyres over, we not as low as they quoted, but got replaced anywhere elsewhere. Then booked my MOT with a different garage. Guess what, it passed with ZERO Advisories. ZERO!!! I will never use F1 again, they are a bunch of cowboys and we're out to rip me off. I should have know tbf, as I has a similar issue with them about 5 years ago. Avoid at all costs, they will make something up that's wrong with your car to try and exploit you. I feel sorry for anyone who might say yes and go ahead with unesssary work. Should be shut down to rip of merchants. Garages like that that give the motor industry a bad name.

I mistakenly turned up on the wrong day. This was no problem and 45 minutes later with 3 new tyres I was on my way. Saved over £30 in total

Had a service and MOT booked at the Parkgate Rotherham branch. Had to book asap due to needing to tax the car. Booking was easy and could even use pay pal credit which was great. Curtoesy emails to remind me of my up coming appointment. Upon arrival welcomed by pleasant receptionist who went through how it all worked and answered any questions I had. Upon collection the mechanic went through the mot and service results. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant visit
