DO. NOT. USE. Young woman so clearly tried to pull a fast one off the back of an MOT. Stated I needed £831 worth of work doing. Took it for a second opinion and it was passed with 0 advisories. They are scammers and trying to perform daylight robbery in such difficult Financial Times??????

Brilluant staff. Really tried to solve my issue. did a great job. Will definitely be using as my go to garage from now on.

I went to change my tyres on my car all 4 off them the staff and service was amazing they told me it would take 1
Hour and I can stay with my car or leave and they would call me when it ready I left
My car and 40mins letter they called me and my car was ready I would definitely go here again. Amazing customer service 😀

From the start Tom Corey, Dion and Dan and been brilliant, they work together as a team and you can have a laugh with them. I will be coming back again for sure.
All four guys are very helpful and they take pride in there work.

Have used F1 and it’s previous names for years. Always found staff really helpful and interested in our vehicles. On this occasion went in for a tyre which was great value and done while waiting. Have always found them good value for money.

I had a flat tyre and one of the bolts had seized so i couldn't take it off myself. The garage had just closed so i didnt expect anyone to help, little did i know, a gentleman in the name of Cory went out of his way to help. Im a taxi driver that just started the shift, if it wasnt for Cory, not only would've lost a days pay but would've had to pay for recovery. To the management, i hope this diamond gets the appreciation he deserves. THANK YOU SO MUCH Cory.

Absolute joke, AVOID if you want your car back in one piece and functional.

Long story short: I paid £210 for a full service and I got my car back broken with issues of about £400 or more.

I booked my car for a full service (£210) and also asked them to check if they can for a faint noise in the back when going at high speed so the reception person assured me they will take it for a drive on the highway to get that checked. Also worth mentioning that at 8am when I dropped off the car they told me it's about 3h to have it ready.

I called at 11 to check if I can pick it up at 12 during my lunch break, they said it won't be ready for 12 so they'll call me back, at 3 30pm I call again to check and they tell me I can go get it but once there they try to get rid of me pretty quick, I asked about any findings or work needed and they told me it's all on the email invoice and gives me the key. When I get in the car I realise I can barely turn the wheel around and it's making a very loud horrible noise and the steering wheel and front of the car vibrates like crazy. I asked them what happened and they tell me they don't know and upon investigation, that the steering direction pump is broken now. When asked how could this happen when I brought the car in good condition with no previous issues like this he tells me thay "this happens with old cars".

The solution? For me to pay for parts and have it replaced, by them of course. A process which will cost about £400 and take about 4 5 days, days in which I need the car.

The problem is thay they knew they broke it or that it broke whilst they had the car and they tried to hide it and just send me away with a damaged car, telling me it's safe to drive.

Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.

Worth mentioning that I spent another £30+ in taxis to get there an back for a broken car.

The guys at pendlebury can’t do enough for you, nothing is ever a problem. Really can’t thank them enough for the way they have looked after me and my car over the last couple of months.

Very Rude unprofessional Area manager unprofessional customer services who sent a very mocking email by accident “apparently”

Booked the car in on line at the Pendlebury branch to have 2 tyre replacements and the ac serviced .had a email before the booking in date as a reminder but when we got there for the appointment was told by the engineer he couldn’t do it as he was on his own .paid £173 on line and no offer of an apology no interest at all . Asked for a number to complain refused to give it saying you can get it on line .spent all morning trying to find a garage to replace tyres . Even the email states if there was is a problem they would be in touch .but no contact at all . Worst services ever received

A thousand thanks to the mechanic named Phil at Swinton Formula One. I think he is the manager there. He saved my granddad's life. His Ford Fiesta was unsafe and dangerous. The front part of the car was in a very bad way and rotted with lots of deteriorated parts and joints.

We originally went to this garage because there was a nail in the back tyre.

Phil explained everything and wrote down all the details for my granddad.
I initially thought (suspiciously) that he might have been trying to drum up extra business so I took the car to Ford to check if what he said was true.

Ford mechanic verified everything he had said and recommended that I don't even drive the vehicle home because of the play and knocking noise at the front of the car.

I went back and couldn't thank him enough. What a service and what a an excellent gentleman he is.
Phil is definitely on the Christmas card list..
