Just had an excellent experience at the Norwich brunch,very friendly and helpful staff, quickly and easily fixed our problem trye

I booked my car via the book my garage website. Recieved all reminder emails up to the day before. Arrived at booked time formula one said problems with the website we have not got it booked in . So no mot / no service and no
car as cant get booked in until next week .

As usual customer has no one to help just tough luck . Can still book in to formula one and they'll not honour joke

I took my car in for a Service and was told the brake pads and discs needed replacing to the cost of £600. Shocked by this so I got a second opinion, turns out all pads and discs are fine. I’m relieved but still annoyed as I had to pay the labour to find Formula One’s dishonesty.

Checked tyre changing prices online, prices were different from when we walked in so decided to book online and wait a couple hours for the appointment. Told they couldn’t fulfill the appointment today because it’s Sunday, the manager Lee was very rude. Their system is misleading. Getting a refund and will never go there again!

The worst garage I’ve ever experienced in my life. We took our car in early Saturday for an interim service. We phoned Saturday around 4pm as we still hadn’t heard anything. The guy said it would be ready at 10am the next day. We phoned at 10am and it was JUST going on the ramp apparently. They said we could pick it up at 12 however we were out for the day so said could we pick it up the next day at 10am. They said yes. They then phoned us later in the day and said loads of stuff the car needed doing and quoted us £740. We said no just the service as we would get the other stuff done when we got home (we’ve come away for the weekend!). We then got to the garage at 10am this morning for the car to STILL be on the ramp!!!! It was finally taken off however it is now 11.15 and we are waiting for the service light to be turned off. We have 2 kids waiting to go home!!!! Absolute JOKE!

Having been concerned my car failed it's MOT on emissions a petrol treatment was suggested the treatment was installed and after a quarter of a tank of brisk driving l took it back to Norwich F1 auto center for a retest which was successful very pleased special thanks to Trevor Clarke emissions tester

Took my car for an MOT and it failed due to some issues with the brake lights, really frustrating as it's an old car and didn't really want to spend too much on it! The gent I spoke to went above and beyond to find the fault himself rather than me having to take my car to an auto electrical garage (which could cost loads). I've been scammed by garages before but this garage is different and will 100% be coming back. The gent said he'd stayed late to see if he could fix it and I can't thank him enough. Really nice to find a garage you can trust! Thank you!

My experience at F1 Autocentre was great. The salesman got me out of a muddle and really saved the day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.

I ordered 4 tyres (£1008) and chose fitting date, turned up 15 minutes before, as requested, was told that they could not do it that day as tyres were too low profile for them! The tyres were 35 and 40 profile, so not ultra low.
I rearranged for the following day and left slightly aggrieved that they did not phone me to re-arrange before I arrived, there was adequate time to do so. Tyres were fitted the next day, the space saver tyre had been thrown in the boot, there was mess all-around each tyre and worse of all, each tyre was inflated at different pressures, they should have been 32 all round, they were 47, 45, 43 and 41! Dreadful service and frankly unsafe!

Really friendly, I will definitely use this auocentre again .

This time, booked for an MOT, went there 15 min before the appointment, waited for the inspection to finish, got the cert within an hour. No complaint! Also had difficult cases where MOT failed in the past but so far they have managed to get the car back in order every time.

I recently visited formula one auto Centre in Norwich. I had such a terrible experience on my first visit with Harry his rude and said he had fixed my car on Sunday when I got home all the lights where on my dash including my abs light and my partner checked and my brakes hadn't even been touched. I went back on Monday morning and lee the centre manager couldn't have been more helpful and actually got my car booked in to be fixed he was so sorry about the experience I had had on Sunday and I will only return there now when he is working as that harry can't be trusted. He told me my car was safe to drive and it wasn't I have my kids in my car and it was completely dangerous this is a safety hazard. Thanks to lee me and my children will soon be safe in my car he clearly knows what hes on about & in my opinion hes a good assest to the company.

Lee sorted a full set of tyres and a full service at a very competitive price and delivered a professional service from start to finish. Awesome.

I called F1 and had the pleasure of speaking to Harry .He ordered a brake pad sensor for me and within hours it was expertly fitted .Harry was knowlegeable and polite and very efficient.The light on my dash board has gone and I'm very happy with the service and price too .He could have fitted two sensors but he was so honest he told me that he had found the problem at the front and the rear one did not need a replacement.I will be going back for my MOT and tyres and any other work in future.If he's not already the manager ,he should be.I have been in sales and management all my life and he is a credit to F1.

Such a bad experience, formula 1 use to be a good place but now it's gone downhill i would never recommend it to anyone I purchased car tyres with blackcircles and tracking to be done there and end up going back 4 times!! I had appointment booked aswell, first time the electric failed not there fault I guess but was told to come back later next week which I did and then there tracking stuff was not working but I did get my 2 front tyres fitted but had to sit there for over 2 hours while they were done so I booked my tracking in again and when when I went there for the third time the tracking stuff was still broken so I booked a different date and went back and waited it felt like forever at my tracking was done and I drove my car home to find out my steering wheel is not straight and over to the left and the car feels odd on the road but I really don't want to go back so I'm taking it elsewhere and I recommend who ever reads this to do the same.

The manager and the tyre technician were extremely helpful and pleasant and gave useful advice and guidance on suitable tyres

Terrible service!!! The tyres not fitted properly, almost had a collision!! The manager is a rude ignorant. They will tell you the job will be finished in 1-2h but it’s a lie !!! They just don’t want you to do repair in different garage. I waited 3 days, freaking lier, the manager. Will never used again. Waste of money!!!!!!!!

Please can you refund me £463.80 that I paid to you online to have 4 new tires fitted at Norwich depot at 15.30 on Saturday 27th January. I arrived at the Norwich depot at 15.00 and was told that the mechanics are behind their times but they will get my 4 tires done. I waited over 11/2 hours only then to be told that they are not going to do them now but I can come back Monday morning. Its too late now because my car has got its MOT on Monday morning. Since then I have read reviews on Trust Pilot and it seems this Norwich depot has ongoing poor service. Please refund my money
