a comedy of errors
I was led a merry dance, trying to get an MOT. Having booked a weekend slot, I was called to advise they don't test on weekends (website issue, but no apology), so the following Friday was booked. Having taken a day off work for this, when I arrived, there was no booking made. whilst at the site, i requested, and was provided a new booking for the following Friday at 3pm, however when I called to confirm, on the day, (having been let down twice), they said the appointment was meant to be at 11.30 am, and the vehicle was not available (I had a written confirmation of the time), and they rescheduled for the following Friday. Needless to say, I called the web admin, and cancelled, requesting a refund, and booked at a competitor garage.

Danergously installed tyres
Danergously installed tyres. Used old weights to balance them. Did not undertake the tracking, as ordered and paid for.
Only when I lost my temper on going back for the third time, was the dangerous tyre re-installed, the rest of the work needed to be corrected by others.
Please do not use F1, they are poorly trained, the staff wonder around aimlessly and the head office is not much better, as the ris no direct line of communication to a director.
Go elsewhere and pay for a proper service, by compteant staff and mangers. (STS Tyre Pro East Grinstead, so much more professional & Competant.)

This is the second time I've had an MOT booked on a Saturday.
Last year, i had our MOT booked on a Saturday and i missed a call almost identical timing to today. a Friday afternoon, 16:45. Last year i just showed up on the Saturday and they tried to palm me off saying the tester is sick, we cannot do it but i forced the matter and it got done by another tester that happened to be onsite.
Today i picked up a phone Call as i knew it was a Crawley number at 16:45 to be told, oh our MOT tester is sick and cannot come in tomorrow so we are having to cancel your MOT.
If He/She was ill surely you know this before 16:45? I honestly think that they simply don't want to work Saturdays as some of the conversations i heard at the desk last time now makes sense.
You really need to address this Formula One,
I'm off to Kwik Fit Instead tomorrow as i need my Car tomorrow and it Expires today!
Shocking service, do not give this company the time of day!
