Formula One Autocentres - Cannock Anmeldelser 

Booked for a full service on my Kia sportage, first time using formula one in Cannock !
What a mistake that was..... after the service my fan started being noisy so I called them to ask them to have a look.
They got me in 3 days later....
I went alone im a 53 year old lady with no real idea on car maintenance.
Felt like I wasn't believed it was happening 😕 the guy that looked wasn't overly friendly at all...
He just wasn't that bothered, i said to him do you think you should lift the bonnet and have a look !!!!
He took the pollen filter out checked the air filter and that was it... the noise was still there so he told me to go to kia, i said so there's nothing more you can do... No
I got home my husband looked under the pollen filter into the fan underneath that and it was full of leaves, and nuts from a tree took 5 minutes to get out, just told me they didnt care at formula and just wanted me gone ... im furious he could have checked considering the cost of the service 😒 so disappointed with them. Will not be using them again

All the team helped me out so much. Was very thorough in explaining everything and managed to get my car in asap. Very happy with the service. Will 100% be using this garage in the future.

Super fast service and honest explanation of problems with break pads/discs.
I had a warning light come up on my vehicle telling me to get the brake pads/discs checked so i called Forumla 1 Autocentres straight away. They had me booked in for investigative work within a couple of days and once they had checked the car they called me to say that all the brake pads/discs were absolutely fine and that the error is due to the sensor not wear and tear. I'm so grateful for their honest feedback and advice because a less reputable firm could have charged me for works that are not needed. I now have an appointment with the dealership to check the sensors but at least i know the parts are sound. I have been taking my cars to their Cannock store for years and have always had great service and advice from them and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to Dave and the F1 team again.

Had 2 new expensive Continental tyres fitted last August and have just found out one of them was over 9 years old when supplied. Now left with having to replace it as it’s recommended tyres are not used over 10 years old. Complained to customers services but said all they could do was sell me another at cost price. I paid £230 for a new tyre that was old and shouldn’t have been fitted

I booked my car in through Blackcircle.com and selected this garage as it was on my way back from work.
I was having the two rear tyres changes due to then having a slow puncture and cracks on the rims.
Once the car was taken through I was asked to look at the car and I was told by all three employees that the two front tyres 'have the cord exposed and are illegal to drive'.
However on inspection the two front tyres were well above the limit all over and had no cords on show. There were at about 4 to 6 mm.
So they would need changing in 6 months to a year.
Lucky I knew about cars etc, but if not I would of been tricked into buy two extra tyres. They also under inflated the two new tyres.
Be careful using this garage as it appears they will trick and bully you into buying extra tyres and having under inflated new tyres will half their life.

To start with, this place wouldn't be what it is if it weren't for the great guy who runs it, of course, Dave runs a tight ship, then there's the MOT tester D Carless always gives you a fair mot you can trust him but all the guys at Cannock are friendly helpful and will have a laff with you great job guys

Had a flat tyre at the Range in cannock, got to Mr Tyres just around the corner totally flat , sorry we can't help you! Come on what! . So drove on a totally flat tyre to Formula 1, Chris was great even though there was only him and another guy and other customers they fitted me in, so thankyou Chris and Formula 1. I had a new tyre as the hole was in the sidewall and as he only had the one tyre in my size once repaired i drove to the other Formula 1 centre in Wellington Telford where John sorted me with another matching tyre on the front and also did my four wheel alighnment discounted, so Chris and John big thumbs up at Formula 1 Autocentres.

I have used cannock branch for many years and have always had excellent service. The guys are all brilliant and I have always had a positive experience. They are reasonably priced and fully discuss any work that needs to be carried out.

Booked my BMW in for a service-
Car was working a1 before hand.

Got my car back later that day took it home, went out in it a few hours later, turned it on the engine felt horrific even whilst idoling- it was rattling like crazy and so so loud. Took it back to speak to the staff nothing but rude and not helpful what so ever and said it was down to my driving! Took it for a second and third opinion they said the incorrect engine oil has been used!! Not to mention i payed the extra £20 for specialist oil....
Any how i messaged customer service and waited for a reply absolutely no response what so ever.
So just to be clear do not take your car here for a service else you will come out with a scrap value car.

Surprisingly, it took longer to find it (went round the Cannock island 3 times and the new retail park twice). Only took them 40 mins to re-gas my air con!!!!Fantastic service. Lovely guy at reception. Very comfy reception/waiting area. They are now firmly in my satnav!! £59 brilliant price!!! Xxx JOB NO. 079HEG002

I have used these a lot. I had 4 tyres this month from them for my and my daughter's car. All good. After taking my wife's in for a service they called me for 'extra work'. I was put on ythe spot and agreed to the work, which I accept. But after I gave it some thought, they pulled a bit of a fast one. Wheels re-alligned and ballanced and spark plugs - £300.00. Strange how a tyre place finds tyre related faults. All the work was inconsequential and I so regret agreeing to it on the spur of the moment. They really let me down and I will not be going back - I feel so annoyed!

Took my van into Cannock formulaone for 2 tyres on my van the staffs attitude is very good and the prices are the best all round they where amazing reading Paul fiddler review I think is rubbish I will 100% return and recommend family and friends

Attitude of staff is unhelpful workmanship is poor & prices are a rip off. The 1 stands for 1 rubbish experience

Only went here , because my usual garage was fully booked. MOT done ,passed but said I needed new wiper blades to get it passed , surely an an advisory???? . £71 for blades .. total rip off .
