Formula One Autocentres - Bulwell Anmeldelser 

Took my car for an mot at Bulwell after it had failed at another F1 Autocentre and they could not complete the repairs for over a week so had the work completed and booked in for a test at Bulwell as again when trying to book at the other centre they were booked up.
On arrival staff very helpful and friendly and I left my car with them after a few minutes I received a call from staff informing me that I was entitled to a free re test at the other branch and they suggested contacting them to save doing a full MOT. I recontact the other branch who informed me that they could not get it in for over 2 weeks in which case would be out of time to be able to re test it. I relayed this to staff at Bulwell who immediately got on the phone to the other branch and sorted a free retest within the hour and arranged a refund for the MOT I booked with them.
Honesty and integrity excellent could of quite easily taken my money and completed the MOT at their branch but instead went the extra mile and saved me money.
Needless to say I will be returning to Bulwell for work in the future rather than the other branch.

Was met with friendly and helpful staff who carried out the work on my car in a highly professional and diligent manner. The car was ready to collect at the time stated and just as importantly the cost of the work carried out was very reasonable.

Great team, Jack was super supportive with his advice yesterday. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and will be my go to garage going forward.

Place is always clean and efficient. Quick service. Left car for mot said to ring me when it’s done! Had to ring them eventually.

Had two new rear tyres fitted on my car last week. They were the original tyres from brand new and the rims were absolutely perfect. F1 Autocentres managed to damage not just one wheel, but both. I bought this to the attention of the tyre fitter, he then used brake cleaner to try and get the marks off which just damaged it even more, but he refused to accept that he was responsible. I raised it with the useless manager who again denied all knowledge. I have since contacted the head office and sent pictures, but they have since gone radio silent. I would've attached some pictures if I could, to show the damage and also their tyre lever, where you can clearly see that the residiue from the tyre lever is all over one of the wheels. I will now be seeking legal advise

Awful. I booked a service and MOT 2 weeks in Advance as I needed it to be on a Saturday. At 3pm the day before I get a call saying they cannot do the MOT as they have nobody to do it until the 6th November. As I booked online I had to call their service dept to arrange a refund. I get through to customer service who says they will put me through to online refunds (they have a whole dept!). They agree a refund. At this point I had 3 chats with various people and not 1 apology. I was assured a regional manager would call me. At 17.49 I get a copied and pasted email saying they were sorry and if I want they can see if another site can do it. 10am on Saturday I get a call saying the site on the other side of the city can do it. It’s too late for me so I decline. I had to book time off work in the week to resolve to avoid the MOT running out. Why they wouldn’t have looked at a solution before initially calling me is odd. Even odder is I was able to go online and book a slot for the 30th October and then from 1st November even though they do not have a tester until 6th November??? Unless they hope you will book a service and mot and then call to say no MOT hoping they can still do a service. Never again

Booked my MOT online three weeks in advance, only to be told on the day that they no longer do MOTs at the Bulwell branch, “sorry for any inconvenience”, and I need to contact head office for a refund.

Fortunately I have two weeks before the MOT is actually due, but I’d booked it for today because of other commitments making it difficult to book on another date. If I’d been unable to book it for any other date or the MOT had been due within a few days I would have been left in a very difficult position.

I’ve used F1 in the past but due to being let down so last minute I won’t be using their services again.

Was recommended by Tracy from Wilson Drive Shafts in Bulwell and was not disappointed, John was so helpful fitting our prop shaft and explaining the fault with our old one . Would highly recommend .

Went yesterday to get a replacement brake light bulb for my Audi A3 in Nottingham. Jack managed to sort it for me, along with some additional information/advice regarding my car. Just want to say thank you and will definitely be visiting there again. Would highly recommend the place! Thank you again Jack.

Got a nail through my tyre between the tread that lead to a flat tyre. Phoned up at 8.30 in the morning explained I had an appointment in the next town up at 9.30 ..they got my car in all done and dusted in 30 minutes and I was on time for my appointment. Couldn't have been more helpful . This was F1 on Bulwell Notts

I called into my local centre because I had been warned, at my last service with a dealership, to keep an eye on tyres and rear brakes. I was greeted and dealt with immediately, the result being new rear brakes and tracking adjustment to prolong the life of my tyres.
The next morning I was back and the work carried out while I waited. Jack, on reception, was so helpful and knows more about my car now than I do!

I have mainly dealt with Jon the branch manager over recent years. He is always helpful, friendly, great with all customer, and knowledgeable. He doesn't try to force sale, and will give you all of there price range with pros and cons to what you are buying.
They are all a great bunch of lads at the branch.
They get my recommendation.

Top lads at the Bulwell centre. I was a walk in with no booking first thing in the morning when they’re light with work. Took me straight in for a complete brake fluid change. Even reset the BMW brake fluid service light for me!

I have dealt before with the Bulwell branch and always found them helpful and reliable. I paid in advance online for AC clean and re-gas with a pm appt time. After a phone call to the branch I was invited to bring in the car early and I did so; no waiting, the job done on time. Usual courtesy we while I was there. The finished result very satisfactory. Price as agreed at a good (and discounted) price. Very happy.

Did my wheel alignment at short notice. Staff were great. Say no more!
