Car was booked in for a service, can honestly say I have had no issues or problems at F1, always polite and happy to help

A good friendly team, fast and efficient and didn't cost the earth.

Took the car in on a Sunday for a front spring replacement - they said it would be done the following day (Monday). Got a call late that day saying there were seized bolts which needed to be cut off but they had nobody qualified on site to do that until Thursday. I collected the car and checked their work a few days later and found they had used an angle grinder to cut the bolts off which had damaged the wiper motor wiring, made a mess of the paintwork and caused other localised damage to the chassis. They didn't tell me this and seemed fine to let me drive off thinking a quality job had been done having taken my money. Scary to think this was done by their most senior 'qualified to use a cutter' person that I waited two days for..... what would an untrained person have done to the car....? They also didn't return my hub cap removal tool and I couldn't find my locking wheel nut tool (you'll like what happened with that...) Went back and got attitude from the scruffy guy who arranged to tidy up their poor work. Collected the car again and a basic repair has been carried out to the wiring and some black paint applied over the damaged areas..... they found the hub cap removal tool too, but due to being told we couldn't find the locking wheel nut tool they gave me another..... interesting as I did find the original one (which they left on the dog bed and it buried itself) so who does the locking wheel nut tool belong to that they gave me? A decent garage would have at least made sure it fits if they were convinced it was the right one... so I could have been left facing a serious issue with removing my wheels at some point in the future.

Overall a very disappointing experience and a business I will avoid in future and advise others to also avoid.

Excellent service and attitude from all the staff at the Aylesbury branch today. They had to use brute force to change the back box on my ancient Volvo's exhaust but got the job done despite stuck bolts and broken brackets. Despite the unexpected additional labour they stuck to their very reasonable quoted price. Will certainly use this branch again.

Horrible service. Had so many recommendation and left Absolutely disappointed. It's took for them 3 days to change my brake pads and discs. I had booking for Wednesday at 4pm but at 5pm he even didn't start yet. Finally around 6pm he told me that he can't change discs becouse of bolt that stack and they can't remove it and I need come back another day, no problem not complaining about that. I came back on Saturday 8.30am and he told me that he going to call when car done. Was waiting all day and went there at 4pm as nobody was calling and they closing at 5pm. Exactly 5pm I got my car back and was told that all done. When I paid and gone to the car I realised that my hand brake is not working AT ALL. I came back to him again and told about that and got answer: "Yes I need to adjust it and to take wheels off again to do all that job and put wheels back and to do re-test again" when I asked him to do that I was told to come back next day again or just leave my car to them. That's rediculous to have car for all day and return it to customer like that and even didn't tell anything being full of hopes abd using a moment that customer is women and not able to realised faults

What an aweful experience!!
I got to the garage for my 9am MOT, to immediately be told off I am too early to have my MOT done, as I still have a month left until it will expire!(I know I won't be able to do it any time closer to the expiring date, hence why I booked in advance).
To then changing his story that the time it will be done will be actually 5pm, and that his MOT-er is not happy about it as he should finish at 5pm!
I could not believe the things he was saying, and completely wasted my time and potentially give me issues with finding another garage ASAP.
Someone needs to retrain those guys!

DO NOT VISIT OR BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I phoned at 9am with a query,booked the car in for 12pm,arrived a few minutes early,car went straight in and an hour later drove out with new brake pads in the front!! The price was astounding and way better than a main dealer! Thanks to everyone at Formula One.I will be back!! This great service was at Aylesbury Formula One centre

Not only did they manage to phone their suppliers and get my tyre, they were also able to fit me in on the same day! I couldn't be happier! Really appreciate your help today!!!

The F1 website says "most garages these days have computerised files, so if you know where the car has been serviced, it’s relatively easy to get your hands on any missing information". The car I just purchased had been serviced at F1 since 2017 and after getting through to the right person F1 were really helpful and dealt with the query. Family owned company with great customer service values.

Despite the fact that I didn’t even book into formula one for a mot but booked next door (absolutely awful service) Steve went above and beyond to ensure that I got my car back . Would recommend 100%

Great experience. I was able to walk in and have my tyre puncture looked at straight away. Although no availability to repair puncture on the day which is understandable at short notice. Manager was very friendly and got this done for me quickly the following morning.

After writing the review below I was contacted by a representative of the company who was very apologetic about my experience. I hope they are able to improve the service provision at this store.

Always rated this place before our recent experience. On Thursday booked car in to have all 4 tyres replaced the following Tuesday. Took it to garage on Tuesday but then told later that tyres not there so would have to come back tomorrow. Returned on Wednesday to be told tyres still not there and they would ring. Hadn’t heard anything by 11-30am so booked in elsewhere where the tyres were delivered and fitted in less than 4 hours.

Excellent and courteous service, 1st. choice in Aylesbury over many year’s by all my members of my family. Thanks Formula One.

F1 AC in Aylesbury is simply outstanding. Jordan and his team in incredibly helpful and has sorted out three MOT's, new tires, new boot handle and more for me over the years. I have been a client of theirs for more than three years now I can recommend the service, workmanship and amazing prices. Pleasure to deal with them.

Absolutely appalling service.

Booked my car in last week for an air-con recharge. I booked this for a 12.00 slot, so I could take the car during my lunch break. When I dropped the car off at 11.50, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour.

Returning a full hour later, i was initially met with absolutely no staff. There was instead a customer wandering around the workshop shouting "hello?" Trying to find someone.

When a staff member was finally located, I was asked to take a seat and "it shouldn't take too much longer". It was at this point I saw a mechanic then start to operate the machine to recharge the Aircon.

This was about 13.05 by this point (I had a meeting at 13.00 I had needed to return for), so enquired how much longer it would be expected to take. I was then told 45-50 minutes.

Clearly, despite my booking the car specifically for a 12.00 slot, it is apparent the staff ignored it until I came in to collect the vehicle an hour later. This begs the question, what is the point of booking in the first place, if no-one cares about time slots?!

I needed brake pads, I've used this company before.
So I made an appointment and was asked to drop the vehicle off at 8:00. They don't open until 8:30!?
I asked how long it would be and was told 'a couple of hours'. 2 hours later I asked about my car and was told about an hour.
An hour and a half later I watched as one of their staff drove my car out of the car park accelerated along a dead end as hard as he could and slammed the brakes on repeatedly from 51mph (gps data).
This was their 'test drive' then they insisted that the rear disks needed changing and the individual who abused my car refused to change just the pads!!!
Result 4.5 wasted hours and nothing done apart from a short joy ride, perhaps he was bored?
Won't use this company again and I'm sure you should not either.

We rang up during the week to see if we could get our car booked in on Saturday for a exhaust replacement and the guy on the phone took our details and said to bring it down Saturday afternoon. Then we arrived on the Saturday for the guy at the front desk to turn us away saying that he had no room to get us in today, when we had booked it in earlier this week!! He didn’t offer us any alternative and even when we said that our exhaust was hanging off he couldn’t care less that it could be dangerous on the road! We then asked if he could do Sunday(tomorrow) to which he said he had all of his men on jobs which I guess meaning he was the manager!!! He couldn’t care less, awful awful customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked my in for an MOT and service and although the MOT had to be moved it was all completed in time. I did have an issue afterwards with the washer jets & wiper blades on the car but between Jordan & Alex this has now been sorted. Alex went above and beyond to find the washer jets & organise fitting (done while I waited). Although it took a while the car is now working well & the staff were helpful.
