I recently purchased dinning room…
I recently purchased dinning room furniture and a settee. The sales assistant Rich Chambers was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He talked me through the measurements and functions of the furniture. When the delivery arrived both Ricky Melson and Jason Downey put it together carefully with no disruption to the living room and no mess. The only downside to my purchase is the disconnect between front of house and the delivery section. I was expecting my settee around 12th May but this didn't arrive until 22nd. When I contacted the store in Hollywood staff were polite and helpful but could not advise me of a delivery date as they had no contact with delivery service. I had cleared my old suite to make room for the delivery so had over a week with no were to sit.

Really nice store at Holywood exchange with everything you could need to furnish a home. Staff were very helpful and not pushy. Dylan was great advising us and answering our queries. Overall a good experience.

Positive experience very impressed
Ricky and Ryan who delivered my furniture were two smashing guys who brought everything in and assembled it all very quickly. They were both pleasant and well mannered and when an issue arose with one dining room chair they talked me through the process to request a replacement and wouldn’t assemble so as not to cause any damage to my floor. All in all I was very impressed and would wish all delivery personnel were as attentive

Sales person was polite and knowledgeable explaining the different types of product we were buying. She provided exactly when it would be delivered and she was 100% correct. The delivery was made, totally within the time scale, on the day, and we received a call 20 mins.in advance as promised. A super purchase from a great company. Thank You. new bed with storage built by technician
My new bed arrived in Belfast and the technician Kirk arrived 2 mins after delivery to build it. He worked continuously and cleared away the packaging. The coffee table arrived at the same time and he added two legs too. Polite and friendly and knowledgeable as was his driver.
