Fantastic, easy, stress-free, welcoming service today at your Banbridge store. Purchased a beautiful Corner Sofa and so happy with my experience so far. I appreciated the approach of staff - on entering the shop I was acknowledged and offered a cup of coffee. I was asked if i needed help with anything, but no pressure added (in that moment I had just intended browsing). A sign had caught my eye advertising the additional offer over the Easter bank holiday. Jason explained this and the detail of the sale already on. I moved on, still intending to browse. However, I knew that not too far in the future I would need to make some purchases when I moved house but I hadn't even purchased a property at that stage. I went back and asked some questions and explained the situation. Jason was excellent and I think particularly because he wasn't 'pushy' at any time, I ended up buying a 3 seater, a 2 seater and a footstool because I knew the sale along with the additional offer was too good to miss. I also appreciated the follow up phone call from him when the items came into stock
