Refusal to deliver any item on a huge order unless everything is 100% paid for. Absolute nonsense.
Excellent service from Matthew. 5 stars. Excellent range of products. 5 stars.
However ... my order was c 14000 euros. So lots of items. Final delivery would be beds, which would not be available until November. My order was in August. I was informed there could be no delivery of any item until I had paid 100% for everything. Given I am moving into an empty house, this is clearly an issue, not to mind some products not being available until October also. We discussed the matter, and my order was split into two.
My issue is that the system is to have one order, forcing me to pay for everything upfront. The order should have been split from the outset into three or four different orders, based on approximate delivery dates. I could not be more unhappy with the approach. Not to mind the risk to my money. But a super range of products and a super staff member.
The first reply is inaccurate. I was informed, and reconfirmed today, that what I stated is policy and an exception was made for me due to my expressing my dissatisfaction. The EZ policy is due to product being delivered earlier than expected to EZ, and being despatched occasionally by EZ without being fully paid for. In other words, a problem that EZ has operationally has been resolved by insisting the customer psys 100% of everything. Therefore EZ has resolved an operational issue by insisting on a 100% payment for everything before it will despatch anything. Which ironically penalises the customers who order most i.e. its best customers.
I understand this logic. And an exception was made for me. However, the operational problem should not be resolved by effectively punishing significant customers. The issue is 100 % solvable by EZ making operational and system/ IT changes to address the operational anomaly that allows occasional deliveries, even where they are not paid for in full.
I would recommend EZ. My point simply identifies what I regard as a lazy solution that penalises its best customers.

Just to clarify, our policy is to take payment in full for items that are in stock and being prepared for delivery, while only a 50% deposit is required for items that are not yet in stock and are due to be delivered at a later date. We appreciate that this may not have been clear in the initial discussion, and we apologise for any miscommunication.

Staff member was cold and dismissive
Staff member was cold and dismissive, we had to ask to be shown the product to see the quality of the item . She said we don't have Grey on the floor only white, the colour didn't matter as long as we knew the quality was as expected. She was only interested in the spend.

We first visited the store to purchase our couch and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sean Kelly. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. We had such a great experience with him that we came back to purchase our bedroom furniture as well.
Sean’s customer service is truly outstanding—he takes the time to listen, understand what you’re looking for, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
We also want to give a special mention to the delivery team, who were absolutely fantastic. The delivery service was excellent from start to finish—professional, efficient, careful with our furniture and our home, and extremely friendly. Everything arrived smoothly and was handled with great care. It really completed an already excellent shopping experience and deserves just as much recognition.
