Their customer service number is always busy and you can only leave your number behind, but they will never call you, so you will never talk to their customer service.
Their online chat takes forever to respond.

Ipaid $150 application fee after the process the landlord changed the terms and demands a 5000 deposit and no refund on the application fee and he said that the people who lived there didn't pay him so why I'm paying for his loss?

While we assist with the initial steps, all final leasing decisions — including terms, conditions, and deposit requirements — are made exclusively by the property owner or their representative.
We are truly sorry to learn that the terms changed after your application was submitted, and we recognize how concerning it is that the application fee was non-refundable under these circumstances. We completely understand your disappointment.

Makes creating my leases incredibly easy! I can bring up my old lease, duplicate and edit it to reflect the new tenants and terms. And they are very thorough providing excellent protection for both the tenant and landlord. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer of EZLandlord Forms. I needed to update my account information and switch to a pro membership due to me having multiple rental properties. I have been a pro member in the past. I noticed the pro membership fee had increased significantly since the last time I was a pro member. I called customer service to inquire about the increase, an they were able to provide me with a discount code to use for my purchase. I will continue to use EZLandlord forms due to the ease of using.
