Debated even posting this to be honest. Maybe I was just an unlucky one who caught them at a bad time. I ordered a watch off the website and during the entire process they were fantastic and answered my questions quickly .

When the watch finally arrived about a month later I noticed it was not the watch I thought I ordered. I am fairly certain I had ordered the limited edition of the watch, and even had someone watching over my shoulder as I ordered they said same. Anyway I received a regular edition, okay not a problem. I reached out 4 different entities in order to figure out what happened and likely return the watch according to their 7 day policy, which is still unworn sitting in the box mind you. I'd like to think I was very polite and even expressed my apologies and how fantastic everybody had been.

The only person I got an answer from from Tim the owner who responded quickly and professionally and assured me my sales rep was taking care of it for me. Here I am almost 10 days later since the last email, well outside their return window and seems that I won't be getting any further help as no one has answered me including the owner which I emailed a second time just letting him know no one has reached out.

I purchased a Bell 7 Ross watch for my wife. The motion-activated winding mechanism did not work, so I returned it with insurance ( $400) and was told by Lukas that they had tested it, and it worked, and they returned the watch. The watch did not work so I personally had the winding mechanism rebuilt by a reputable dealer I have bought from before ($ 430) . ET refused to cover any costs and misrepresented the watch's condition. I would never deal with them again.

What started as a confident repeat purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal of delays and outright misrepresentations from a dealer I had previously trusted.

I had reservations about the dial size for my 7.5 inch wrist, and the salesman replied that if the watch did not fit or feel right, he would cover return shipping. I appreciated that and moved forward on that basis.

The problems began before the watch even arrived. It was "lost" in Miami for over a week. I tried to cancel the purchase, but was convinced to allow them to send a replacement.

When the replacement arrived, my original concern proved valid; the watch was clearly too small.

The dealer tried to back out of the return postage commitment, though they eventually agreed to honor it after significant effort on my part.

There were also troubling inconsistencies along the way. For example, the watch was clearly older stock, and when I asked about it, I was told that Omega had shipped new watches without boxes, and that an old box and old tags had been used as substitutes. I contacted Omega directly, and they denied this entirely.

Shortly after I raised these concerns, I was blocked from the dealer's website without explanation.

As a returning customer, I came in with goodwill and reasonable expectations of honesty. What I received instead were delays, contradictions, and a refusal to honor commitments without being pushed.

I would caution anyone considering a significant purchase from Exquisite Timepieces to look elsewhere, or at least get everything in writing and proceed carefully.

Bad service, late replies from different people. Scattered answers. Rebates are a trick. Do not bother. Find a better shop and thank me later. Would never ever buy there.

I have purchased over 29 watches from Niresh in the past year, in fact I’ve just recieved my Longines GMT. I have dealt primarily with Niresh and have found him to to be a completely helpful and knowledgeable representative.

I am updating my review based on very good follow-up from Exquisite Timepieces.

After initially telling me they were out of stock on a watch I ordered and paid for, they offered me two worthwhile options to make it right - a custom order and also another version of the watch with a different bracelet. I chose one of those two options and ended up getting the hard to find watch I wanted at a reasonable price.

The only reason I am providing a 4-star review rather than 5-star is that I still believe that ET should let you know when a product you are ordering is not actually in stock and/or not process your payment until it is.

Has this website been hacked or something? Nobody answers their emails or gets back to me.

Highly recommended for serious wristwatch enthusiasts. Sales Associate Martin Mihi is top notch. Very pleased and have had multiple transactions over the years. Fair pricing and exemplary customer service catering to Watch Idiot Savants who are sometimes not so easy to please.

I bought a Ball Marvelight watch from this site. They sent two watches by mistake. I went to great lengths to return the extra watch. They promise a gift for being so honest. The gift was a cheap travel case made out of cardboard and covered with vinyl. That was in exchange for returning a $1750 watch that they had no idea they had sent.

Where do I start? Bought a second watch from this bunch and it showed up in a used watch box and a very low grade bracelet and case. Watch was supposed to be a 904L stainless steel case and bracelet. I'm not sure what it was made of but a magnet would stick to the case and bracelet? I'm not sure but I didn't think the higher grades of stainless are magnetic? Anyway that's what we received from them. Nothing has ever been done to remedy the problem. I keep getting "ear candy" about they are going to "make things right". I'm not sure what they mean by that, but I haven't seen or heard anything from them yet. Buy locally where you can see the item or you too may end up with an inexpensive watch case and bracelet like we did. Had to trade their watch in for another watch that we found locally. They are quick to accept your money, but when you call with problems everyone is in a meeting, at lunch, or it's their day off? Once the deal is done you are on your own! buyer beware!!!

WOW. I recently picked up a piece from Exquisite Timepieces. I've bought a lot of watches – they have by far had the BEST customer service bar none. They've sent me pictures, messages, and kept me updated every step of the process. They even gave me a discount code when they heard I was interested in the watch. All this for a sub-1K used watch I have to imagine they aren't making much on. Don't hesitate to buy from them. If you need another watch, give them a look, and don't be afraid to use their chat feature, you get connected to a real person in an instant. Patricia was a rock star and so helpful.

Called Evan on a Thursday at 11am with a tall ask of James Cameron Sea Dweller…I was in luck that ET just received one in. I had the watch on my doorstep by 8am the following morning 1,500 miles away.
