Express Tools Ltd Anmeldelser

recently i bought a socket set listed in their online catalogue as a sealey 0914 but when it arrived it was marked siegen0914 on packaging and on tools,to make matters worse when i enquired about it i was told that siegen was sealey "just a cheaper make" like i should already know this,so i now have an inferior make of tools ,it will cost me money to return them and the person who i bought them for will think i'm cheap as not the sealey item they requested.there is no mention of siegen on the listing, believe me i have checked,so false blatant advertising, poor poor company

Excellent price and service

Ordering online was simple and fast. Quick delivery and good email confirmations. Will be using again in the future

Good comunication throughout.

This was the cheapest I could find it on the internet and it was delivered in two days. Super service.

amazing super fast delivery and the perfect item, will definitely use again

5*service and delivery

Good telephone response. The person knew his products. Delivery was a bit later than expected. All goods recieved in order.

I needed to have the item I ordered changed and Express Tools facilitated this with generosity and went to the trouble of calling me on two or three occasions to update me. Great personal service. Will definitely come back.

Called to ask when it would be delivered and not only did they go and check it had been dispatched but it arrived next day - good service all round.

Placed order one day goods arrived the next.
All as ordered well packed up and at a great price
Great Thank you

Very pleased, would be happy to use again.

The staff is very polite and nice while responding to customers. Also the service is fabulous.

Keep it up.

First time customer and found all to go well. I chose Express tools for their price's being best I could find online for the Lyte 5 tread with tray steps I needed.
Had good contact from them through out.
My only gripe is when the steps got delivered they came with several delivery labels stuck on them which proved REALLY hard to remove resulting in scratching the steps a fair bit. Not really very well thought out.
Service was fine none the less.

Ordered on line - excellent easy to use procedure, excellent price and first class delivery

1) Urgent requirement.
2) Web advised stock available.
3) Purchased the goods at over £900 + paid by credit card.
4) Received notification the next day no stock available.
5) Refund required.
6) Goods ordered elsewhere & shipped same day.
Poor experience & will use in future as secondary supplier

I needed my ladders delivered quickly so rang the company as there was no option for express delivery on the online order form. A very helpful gentleman first checked stock then rang me back to confirm that they could offer next day delivery ( naturally at an extra cost). Ladders duly arrived next day - excellent product with excellent service.

I bought some steps which were good quality at an unbeatable price. Comms was generally good but I had no means of tracking the delivery and consequently I was out when the delivery man called. I had to ring the delivery firm to arrange another date.

very helpful staff... made purchasing a pleaure
