Express Tools Ltd Anmeldelser

They have a very user friendly website, ordering is as easy and the delivery by Palletways was spot on, heartily recommend them.

When I get the items I will wright a review.

Purchased a single section ladder at a great price. Excellent delivery service even though the address was incomplete. Delivery driver rang and when I got the message later that day I rang him back and explained where it had to go he jumped back in his van and went back to deliver. Thanks

Very compeditive price and fast delivery

Wish all my online ordering experiences were as good as these guys.

Great Ladder and Price - Good Build Quality - and Versatile - plus great service - Thank You

Excellent company to deal with, very keenly priced product delivered promptly, & fired up first time without issue, would happily deal with them again.

My ladder arrived with a couple of small 'dents' in the top rung. I emailed the company who got back to me within 15 minutes and quickly sorted out my problem, offering to replace or adjust the price as a gesture of goodwill.
No quibble or delay. So refreshing to find this kind of service in these days.

Lyte stepladders ordered. Very sturdy and well made.

I had a good look around for a readily available set of steps. Plenty of suppliers. I had not used Express Tools before, but they offered the steps at a very good price. Communication was good, delivery was quick. No problems. I will be happy to use Express Tools again.

I ordered a 4.5m ladder of 150kg max load on 28 November and received immediate email confirmation of the order. On the 3rd working day following I emailed a request for a delivery date; the only (unconnected) response was a receipt for my payment. Wanting to be home to receive the ladder, I 'phoned asking for the delivery date and ETA to be informed that the ladder was on its way. In a subsequent email I received a link to the shipping firm and, 'phoning them proved inconclusive. Succinctly: after further inconclusive phone calls the excellent-value ladder arrived on 6 December. It was worth waiting for, but Express really should keep its client in the delivery date loop.

Great people to do business with.
From choosing what you want, Ordering, Paying and delivery.
Letting you know what is happening with your order all the way through.

Good price, excellent communications and follow up, delivery day as promised - great service! Definitely a website to keep in my best sellers list.

Great tool, but I only purchased it from because you advertise next day delivery on your website, this was not the case...
