Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My MacBook gave the dreaded 3 beeps and would not turn on for a week. I dropped it in and they were so efficient and friendly
Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service received here. Had a PS4 in for a repair, they advised it would be 2 weeks to get the part which is fair enough but when I went to collect it 3 weeks later and after ringing to confirm it was done and ready for collection I was told when I arrived at the shop that they hadn't actually done it and would need a different part.
So leaving it with them for another couple of weeks and ringing again to confirm it had now been fixed and told that it was I arrived into the shop again to be told that actually they hadn't done it again and would need more time. The staff didn't seem to put out by this and tried to blame Brexit for some reason.
So after 3 trips into town to collect the PS4 I eventually got it. What I was initially told would be 2 weeks was closer to 9 weeks of frustration dealing with these guys.
Lack of integrity.
The integrity of a company is revealed when things go wrong. I gave them an old but functioning iMac, I paid E400 for an upgrade. After weeks, I got back a very sick machine, that keeps crashing, and is totally unusable. No refund, no apology, I'm down 400e, and I am having to fork out for a new machine. This company has no integrity.
Blatant Disregard for Health & Safety
In the week when Ireland is on the brink of the worst wave of Covid infection, it is really disappointing to go into a small but expensive shop where there I witnessed no mask wearing and blatant disregard when it was pointed out.
Charged full, nothing fixed
Left my laptop in for two issued to be fixed, and got it back without either of the problems being fixed, charged €75 and now being refused a refund as ExpressTech say they thought the problem was fixed. Unfortunate as the staff seem sound but this was a bit of a joke.
The worst service imaginable
The worst service imaginable! Never rely on them. I sent my macbook in Dec 2020 only to wait until the end of March 2021 to hear that they can't repair it and nothing is their fault. So, why could they not diagnose it properly at the start? Why did they lie about progress of the repair for 3 months, telling me it will be repaired in no time? Why was I not given a clear diagnosis 3 months ago? They cost me an expensive university course, 3 months of constant waiting, calling to hear empty promises with lies and no service in the end. Now it has been over a week since they said they can't fix it and I heard nothing about my macbook return nor was I given a refund of 160€! Cheeky staff as well, not apologetic in any way.

I’ve notified you of a black spot on top of screen and it had a small crack which was there when the phone was returned which got much worse. There is now a long line down my screen. I’ve contacted you multiple times via email and phone and you refuse to answer either. I’ve left 2 voicemails and never got a call back. This is frustrating considering I paid 115 euro and not to have to decency to return an email

I smashed my iPhone screen. I contacted express tech who couldn’t have been more helpful.
My phone was repaired without me even have to leave the house. It was picked up, repaired and then brought back to me all within a few hours.
Delighted with the service thank you. Would highly recommend

Terrible customer service from start to…
Terrible customer service from start to finish. Could not deliver on charged for service, zero communications, had to follow up repeatedly, eventually gave up and asked for system to be returned and refunded.
iPhone battery replacement
Took our 2 iPhones in today for battery replacements - very quick service and good prices
Express Tech - poor customer service, lack competence with newer Apple products - go to an Apple approved repairer.
Would not recommend Express Tech for Apple products. Left an 18 month old Mac Book Pro in for screen replacement. Had discussed this with them and assured there would be no issue with replacement. Heard nothing for 6 weeks and made contact to receive the following reply by e-mail
“Sorry for the late reply - for some reason your reply was sorted into spam but at least I have it now!
The biggest issues we are having with the device is this - the mainboard is not accepting a new screen, nor can it output image to an external monitor. We are in belief that the damaged screen is causing/caused a power short on your motherboard which is what is indicating the source of this fault - this is an issues we have seen on new generation MacBooks and it can be very difficult to repair.
Our technicians are going to carry out further work on your device throughout the day and we will contact you in a few hours with an update! We may send a quick SMS to give you an update faster!”
Heard nothing despite request to call me so had to call in yesterday to get laptop back. Initially was informed that there was issue with the graphic card but when I pressed they admitted the laptop was bunched and recommended I contact Apple. Not sure what good this would do as any warranty had been invalidated once they worked on it. Got the laptop back and will not even boot. In short item went in working with minor screen damage and was returned no use. Now have to replace so what should have cost 600 euro will cost 1800. Lesson - poor customer service, lack competence with newer Apple products - go to an Apple approved repairer.
