The experience was awesome
The experience was awesome, the fact I was able to send a gift to a friend in another country it was amazing. The hand written note is also a great gesture. The only thing I would’ve liked that it was added in the final price is the “delivery fee” I added the address, and I was charged shipping fees, but after I paid them they told me on Whatsapp that I needed to pay extra, I just thought it was odd and wished it was included in the initial shipping fees or when I initially paid for my order, but other than that it was good!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Expressluv, we deliver across all major cities, and we noticed the delivery address provided is in Pictou, NS, which is a smaller, tier-3 town. As with many online services, next-day delivery to such areas isn’t always available.
To ensure your gift arrives safely and on time, we had to request additional charges due to the 40 km travel distance and the limited delivery options for this location.
We truly appreciate your understanding and are actively working on improving our system to show such charges upfront using new technology, so future orders are even smoother.
