Great service
I asked a question to help me decide on a matter. I was answered really promptly with a very full and detailed answer to my question. I think the response was within about 2 hours of my question being asked even though they had 24 hours to respond. They were polite and as insightful as possible with their answer and it really helped me to think through my decision. The question was also very reasonably priced.

The Solicitor that accepted the question/s I posed to them, was very knowledgeable and the advise given supported a way forward, hopefully to reach a resolution to the issues contained with the question/s asked.
I came across this service, by shear accident whilst researching support to my issues, but extremely relieved and impressed to find the Expert Answers via Ask Solicitor webpage and appreciated the support the Solicitor has supplied to me so far.

I asked for an answer on a point of law…
I asked for an answer on a point of law and was met with condescension and derision by the so-called expert, as you can see.
"Bearing in mind this was a GBP45,000 car, why on earth did you agree to accept GBP1000 in respect of anything that ever going to go wrong with it, for ever, when you had only had the car for 9 days and bearing in mind that cars are not well known for being totally fault free for ever?
I am off-line now until tomorrow but will pick this up then."

One of the things our users like about the service/experts we provide is the fact that they are forthright and very frank in the answers they give and will never give an answer because it is the one the user wanted. Sometimes the choice of words may not be perfect, such as in this case, but nevertheless the sentiment is the same.
We have spoken to the expert involved and he now appreciates that maybe his choice of words and tone was inappropriate. He expressed his frustration that he was unable to get you the results you wanted and indeed he wanted because by accepting the thousand pound you had tied his hands as to the advice he was able to give you. You had the car for 9 days which had numerous faults you had every right to reject the car and get your money back but by accepting the thousand pounds you acknowledged that there would be no further claims on the matter from you.

Excellent advise and help with my boundary dispute, answered loads of questions and I now know what I need to do going forward to sort all this out.

Superb legal advice in a fraction of the traditional time and cost
I needed legal advice on an engineering project and was quickly connected with an experienced lawyer who asked for further information. After a further exchange the excellent advice arrived. This was achieved in a fraction of of the time and cost it takes to consult a traditional solicitor. Surely this is the future for legal services and a wake-up call for professionals stuck in the past.
