Scammed me out of £112 for 4 PCR tests. Not one family member got a result back, and they ignored 6 emails about it.

Just google maps the property, it looks like an old run down tanning salon.

Complete scam.

If I don't get the refund within the next week I'm going down to the premises to confront them and I'll be reporting them also.

PCR kit was delivered quickly but the time taken to send result was unacceptable at 4 days. I ran out of essential foods and yet was not allowed out to do a shop.
The price is lower than most but the service is correspondingly low. Trying to phone them is is a real frustrating challenge.
I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Day 2 test result came back after 5 days had to call them twice to receive results in email even tho sample was tested 1 day earler.

Used them 2 times this year as didn't have any issues but this 3rd time never got the results. They are now saying ALL 3 have been lost in transit. We posted at a priority post box. Won't ever use again. Won't even refund me and saying they never give out refunds but would send us another 3 DAY 2 tests lol. Shocking. Won't use again and can definitely see why they was removed off the government recommend list. Stay clear. Won't be around for much longer I don't think.

If you do not mind waiting a fair while for your result then this company is ok.

However I had to wait 72 hours for the result.

An extreme annoyance is that when you call you are on hold for just over 17 minutes and then you get cut off. The holding music is extremely annoying.

The live chat - if you can get through - was not good. Eventually the lady I was speaking with stopped answering although I may have got disconnected?

The only positive thing I can say is that I spoke with a very helpful guy who, I believe, might have got my result for me as I got it within an hour of speaking with him.

On balance I could not recommend this company but it was cheap.

Still no repsonse after 24hrs of trying by e.mail or their on-line help service. Both my locater numbers not accepted by Gov website !!!
This company is crooked !! Maybe a county court order my wake them up

Avoid! No test result and poor communication. No Refund Policy!

This Co is still selling tests but is no longer on Gov.uk approved list so why are they still for sale when the reviews are dire?

Iv had 2 tests from EXMED the first one I got no results back, second one bar code kept being rejected. One of my friens didn't even get her test ! DON'T BUY

I ordered day 2 PCR test which was never delivered. I had tried to contact them every which way at the time with no success, either by phone, email or bot, many many times. I had to pay for another test elsewhere. Finally after the 14 days were up I then tried to get a refund on non delivery of goods. Again after many attempts and after using a different email address I finally did get a response..... they will send one out. No chance of a refund even though it is over a month late.
There is sweet FA you can do about it, they really don't care. Save your money and use another company, hopefully this one will close very soon before they get the chance to rip anyone else off.

Very unprofessional! I ordered a PCR tests for 2nd day .Returned the tests a week ago and still no results .

I wish I could give zero stars. Awful experience. Ordered a day 2 PCR, which never arrived (and was never received by the courier). Nearly impossible to speak to anyone to discuss. Now they are refusing to give me my money back which seems super illegal (I don't want a replacement as I'm now well beyond 10 days). So awful! They basically just steal your money- avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid!!!! It’s now over 72 hours and I’m still waiting for my test results. Tried calling 7 times, the line cuts off exactly after 17 minutes. No response to emails either. Horrible service! I had to do pay for another test with another company today!

Ordered two Day 2 test on 27/11/21 to be available for return trip to UK on 03/01/22. One arrived 4 days later. The second still not arrived and now 7 days beyond when it should be submitted. Eventually managed to speak to someone on 5/1/22 and said it was too late to send and wanted a refund. She insisted they would send it now. I said no. Wanted a refund. Asked to speak to - refused. Asked her name and she hung up. Emailed to complain and ask for a refund. Got response to say they would send another and is due to be delivered tomorrow and refused refund. They have not kept to their contractual obligations. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t respond to any of my emails and Live chat says an operator will be with you, they’re not after hours waiting and I’ve tried all 4 telephone numbers and pressed all options and you get god awful hold music and then the call cuts out. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! obviously some kind of scam business

I have used them 5 times now throughout the last year or so. As well as family and friends. Every time they have delivered as promised and they are the cheapest around. Probably not the fastest provider around but what else can you expect for the price?

95% of the people complaining here seem to have issues following 5-steps instructions.

I ordered 4 tests, 3 arrived. One test didn't make it to the courier and subsequently didn't make it to to my front door.

I e-mailed numerous times, giving them the option to resolve and re-send the missing test. I tried calling a variety of times (never once got through to a person, although I was hung up on once).

They have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them.

Ironically, the three tests which did arrive, were processed very efficiently.

I believe that it is one of those companies, where if you are unlucky enough for something to go wrong with your order, then your money has effectively gone up in smoke.

I got through, they say that the test was lost in transit and they will send a new test - which is a waste of time, given the length of delay. They have a "NO REFUND" policy

I wish I’ve read the reviews beforehand. This company is an absolute joke for sure. Customer service does not exist & once someone answers they have no idea what the hell they’re talking about & have no sympathy whatsoever. You will get your results in 72hrs- yeah right…

After 18 days I sent out my results I am still waiting. their chat service on their website is useless. That is why they are cheap.
