A very friendly, informative and enjoyable experience, which i would definitely recommend to anybody with a love for Gin.

Ordered lunchtime and delivered next morning. Amazing service and great gin

An amazing experience from start to finish. The bottle of gin we made was absolutely lovely . Thanks so much

A very informative & knowledgeable hosts of this family run business. Karen & Mick were really interesting and made the experience fun. Amazing what one family can achieve and to such a high standard. We are definitely converts to not just their gin but their rum as well.
Fully recommend this

Great service and a fantastic tasting gin. I first tried it in a bar in Exeter and when I saw it online, I had to buy a bottle. It was delivered within a couple of days and it tastes just how I remembered it!

Exeter gin is without doubt the best gin available. With its background orange flavour enhancing the drinking experience. For the ultimate experience try the Navy strength version

Amazing company and amazing products

Ordered a bottle of Exeter gin for a friend, very easy process with great
Communication from the start, and excellent delivery time 👍

Great website, easy to select what I was looking for and speedy delivery.

Great product, great price & smooth, fast delivery. Thank you so much!

I messed up my online order, rang them and Karen very kindly sorted it out for me. Even had time for a friendly chat about Granny & Grandad Garbutts gin.
I ordered it as a gift pm and it was delivered to the Highlands of Scotland the following day.
I would most certainly use them again, the gins good & the service was excellent.

Quick delivery, wonderfully packaged and can't wait to try it!

We were given a voucher for the Exeter Gin Experience and it didn't disappoint. We had an absolutely great afternoon. We were met by Mick and Karen who made the afternoon interesting, informative and great fun. The passion that Mick and Karen have for what they are doing shone through and we felt completely relaxed being advised by them both. Mick gave us information about how gin is made and background information and then guided us to make our own using a range of botanicals. Karen was absolutely lovely advising us about their range of gins, rum and tequila. We were given various drinks to try during the experience led by our own preference to flavours and tastes. We were a small intimate group and the atmosphere was lovely, relaxing and great fun. We will definitely book to return as we enjoyed the afternoon and felt totally relaxed in the company of Karen and Mick who were excellent and knowledgeable. Thank you both.

I only popped in to buy a bottle of their London dry gin and Karen was most welcoming and offered me a couple of tasters at the bar. Outstanding quality products, thank you, I'll be back for more!

Really great experience- we learnt lots about how gin is made and it was really fun to create our own unique gin. Such a lovely characterful place to have the session and really personal touch from the owners. They were very attentive, helpful and encouraging and we both really enjoyed our day.

One of the best gin tasting tours i have been on. I loved hearing the stories behind each gin, very informative and relaxed. Owned and ran by a lovely couple. Highly recommended

It took us four attempts to book our experience due to needing to rearrange around treatments my husband was having for his health condition—but it was absolutely worth the wait. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome.

A huge thank you to Becca, whose customer service was exceptional throughout the booking process—she was so understanding and accommodating.

We walked from where we were staying to what looked like an unassuming industrial unit, but once we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted by Karen and Mick, who shared the fascinating story behind Exeter Gin, the history of gin itself, and the background to their stills.

Upstairs, the space was beautifully decorated—you completely forgot you were in a unit. It felt like stepping into a boutique gin sanctuary! Surrounded by individual stills, we joined two other couples for a relaxed and engaging session led by Mick, while Karen looked after us with expertly prepared drinks.

We tasted a fantastic variety of their gins, rums, and even tequila—such a treat. The whole experience was informative but laid-back, with lots of laughs and a lovely atmosphere.

We’ve done a few gin experiences over the years, but this one was genuinely the best we’ve been to. We left with our own custom gin, happy memories, and plans to recommend Exeter Gin to everyone we know.

A big thank you again to my old team for gifting us this – it really was a special experience.
