We booked the earliest slot at Inflatazone, so I expected the venue to be clean and ready for the day. Unfortunately, it was the dirtiest I have ever seen it. There was dust everywhere, along with sand, hairbands, wristbands, and even used plasters scattered around.

The amount of dust was shocking — not just a small amount, but large clumps floating around the air and sticking to our faces and clothes. My partner has asthma, and the dust affected their breathing so badly that we had to leave early.

I was also disappointed with the staff. When we arrived, some were sitting on the floor, and during our visit several staff members were on their phones. Two employees seemed more interested in chatting and flirting than supervising the play area properly.

Sadly, this will be our last visit. Experiences like this are exactly why we stopped going to soft play centres in the first place.

£1.2m spent on a gym refurbishment and not a penny on the squash courts. After earlier complaints the 2 (of 5) courts out of action were scheduled, we were told, for repair weeks ago. At club night on Wednesaday they still remained unusable. The playable courts are also in need of repair - no money has been spent on these courts for decades and yet there is an active squash group bringing between 10 and over 20 players every Wednesday

Total rip off, they are charging £6.10 per hour for Badminton. There is no membership for Badminton. Customer Service is Zero. They do not return calls if a message has been given. It's costs £170 a month just for Badminton alone and the Courts are dirty not cleaned regularly. I hope the management will read this review and think of a solution.

The gym has recently been refurbished and looks great aesthetically, but in practice it’s probably less functional than before. The space for stretching isn’t very good—the green flooring is quite harsh on your legs and any part of the body that touches it, which makes stretching uncomfortable. It also seems to be missing some basic equipment you would normally expect in a standard gym, such as a spin bike and a proper pull-up bar.

Recently taken over the Woking Leisure Centre but cannot fix the lights in a squash court for at least 6 weeks, despite numerous requests.
Hardly a good start, despite spending a fortune on the gym.

The staff are really helpful the centre is beginning to look great with the new renovation.

Holly and Karan were very helpful and provided very good service. Fitness instructor. Suzanne took good care of me.Receptionst Donna was very friendly.One negative point is difficult to book a place for some activities especially aqua aerobics

Again, so disappointing! 9am had to park in the overflow. No working showers in the toddler pool side, no sandwiches for the kids lunch boxes! Only plus was the pool was slightly warmer than before.

Great place to keep fit and active especially in my case having Parkinson’s. I’m able to do what classes I want and have expert guidance and advice when I need it.
