Great aqua class, you feel like you had a good workout at the end of the session ,staff alway friendly ,lovely clean changing room .I look forward to going each week .

Godalming leisure centre is excellent ans staff are excellent and the gym is excellent all round excellent

Centre is always clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked two Pilates classes with Jane whilst on holiday in the area. All the leisure centre staff were very helpful and welcoming, in helping me load the app and book classes. Jane’s classes were excellent and Jane gave clear instructions throughout the class to keep everyone right. A very friendly centre. Thank you :-)
Although I no longer live in the area and was just visiting, I would definitely look to book Pilates at the leisure centre again when I return and have recommended Pilates classes to friends in the area 😊

Love swimming and aqua fit,although music could be better on Thursdays!I appreciate family swimming in holidays,however slow lane too small to swim in comfortably,and would like during summer holidays to have set times for lane swim only,and separate times for family swim.Apart from this Godalming leisure is great.😊😃

I rang the Godalming Leisure centre to find out about swimming pool cost, booking system etc prior to booking a lane swimming session as I haven't swum in a public pool for well over 20 years, and following a knee injury some years back which no treatment has solved, decided to try swimming.
The staff at the Centre were both very helpful on phone and when I was there in person, and it was helpful that I was told which are the quieter times of day. The reception area is clean and tidy, and the checking in process was simple. Changing areas were clean and constantly being kept clean and tidy, and the pool was clearly divided into slow, medium and fast lane-swimming areas. I felt very safe and comfortable there, and am definitely going to try and attend for a session of lane-swimming once a week - have already booked for next week.
So relieved to find a pool where casual users have plenty of slots available throughout the day, rather than being pushed to the edges of the day (early morning/evening) which means that people with memberships get heavily preferential treatment. Not having a car, I rely on public transport, so getting to and from Godalming in the early morning/evening is not an option I as a 69-year old single woman would choose. And I much prefer this smaller, quieter venue to the big ones in Guildford, where I live.

Strongly recommend this organisation, and especially this particular leisure centre.

Worked there for 9 months to be dismissed because I wasn’t motivated. Hit my own targets every month and was made to feel guilty for taking leave. General manager and contract sales manager are rude about customers behind their backs. Money grabbing company who don’t care for there staff

We booked and didn't realize it was an obstacle course we asked for a refund and they said no and then took 5 minutes to make a decision then they said we couldn't go in as they had done the safety briefing (a friend who had done it said it took about 30 seconds) and life jackets fitted so we had to go into the small teaching pool. The Lesure centre was better before they took over.

A well organised centre. Having tried others in the region I think Godalming is the best. Easy parking. Friendly staff and great gym.

Such a shame I can never ever book the class I want the week before and there are not enough of the classes I want! If classes are way oversubscribed then put more on it’s common sense and keep your customers happy
Also they keep cancelling classes with no cover! Sort this out or you will loose customers

Disappointingly I had cancelled my full membership in May with places leisure, it was due to run till 4th July. Everyone Active took over the leisure centre that I belong too during that period and something obviously went wrong as my membership was not cancelled as per my request (and paperwork received) and I've discovered that I've been charged for July & August now. I called the leisure centre who's asking me to go through a lengthy process of indemnisation via my bank as it was my fault, and now I can't actually get hold of everyone active either as for some reason when trying from France, it's blocking me from seeing the site. It should be a simple case of apologies and refund, especially with the supportive evidence...very annoying.

Been really happy and impressed since everyone active have taken over
